We loved this hotel. Perfect size, comfortable king beds, very comfortable pillows. We stayed here twice in a month on our travel. The rooms are very clean and updated. The owners/Managers are very nice. The only problem we found was there was no coffee pot in the rooms. They do serve coffee and a small free breakfast in the office. We solved that problem and went to WalMart and bought a 19.00 coffee pot. We will use that on trips because we are finding hotels no longer have coffee pots in rooms. Oh not to forget the great shower.
If you are looking for a well maintained legacy motel, this is it. Right downtown within walking distance to food and entertainment. Clean rooms, great A/C, comfortable beds. The owners are there to help with anything you need. We ended up arriving at the airport late and missed getting a rental car, the owner called to check on our arrival, then provided a ride to the motel.
A wonderful example of preserved 50s architecture that still remains all the modern amenities necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with two queen sized beds in each and there is plenty of storage space even for someone who stays here for a month at a time such as myself. The Internet here is also insanely fast and reliable, faster than it is at home let alone at other similarly priced motels making it an ideal place for a business stay. | The Esquire is also in an incredible spot as the majority of the best stores and restaurants in downtown Elko are at most a 12 minute walk away from it. Last but not least is the staff and owners, Bob is wonderful and has gone above and beyond in terms of providing a memorable and enjoyable experience. Safe to say there's a reason I choose to stay at the Esquire when I'm working in Elko county.

Since then, I've experienced a steady and consistent high quality stay, impressed by its cleanliness, comfort and friendliness during every stay. The Esquire is located in an ideal location in downtown Elko. You can find just about any type of business within just a few city blocks of your motel door. I highly, highly recommend the Esquire to any traveler needing a clean, comfortable and friendly place to enjoy the fine city of Elko, Nevada!
My husband and I stayed at the Esquire Inn in Elko for a month. The facility is clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, well outfitted with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The owners, Bob and Suzy, were exceptionally accommodating. They addressed all our needs and provided valuable local insights. Bob was also very helpful when we had car issues which required a relatively extensive repair. A lovely motel, with a great location. We will definitely return when we’re in the area again.
From the time we arrived to when we left, every detail was taken care of for us. Very comfortable and clean room, bed, shower, working HVAC in the room, many channels on TV, within walking distance of good restaurants. Freshly made coffee in the morning with continental breakfast. We hope we can return again, maybe on our way home. Thank you Bob and family!
Locally owned small motel located in the historic downtown district. Close to several locally owned restaurants, nice area to walk and explore. Motel is very clean, comfortably furnished, and affordable. We enjoyed our stay!
While driving to Minnesota my wife and I reserved a room here for our first night on the road. I was completely satisfied with this old, but upgraded hotel and would stay here again. For the price and convenience I thought it was a five but my wife felt it was more like a three. She said it was too cramped and dated.
