Very clean gym in a convenient location. A lot of parking spaces. A wide selection of cardio machines, and a swimming pool. Fair pricing. Zumba an other classes available. Knowledgeable physical trainers. In short, it offers everything that I was looking for in a gym, except for a sauna, and that is why I am not giving a 5-star rating. They should plant more trees on the parking lot to offer some shade on this very hot weather of Orlando.

I fell in love with this place. Great setting and environment making it convenient and enjoyable to workout. The staff are always nice and welcoming since the start and I’ve been going for 2 years. Honestly a great gym, would definitely recommend to anyone who is trying to grow.

The star rating reflected on the review is for Esporta, the establishment, and NOT the trainer I will highlight in my final paragraph. The reason for the poor rating is that the manager has failed to follow up with a grievance I've had promptly; this portrays a lack of customer service. Therefore, I'm not satisfied with the leadership in this establishment. I want to find a resolution to my issue as soon as possible. However, on the other hand, I would like to highlight and give their former trainer, Luis Alicea, 5 🌟. Luis was passionate about fitness and the training he provided. He went above and beyond for clients and non-clients. I can tell he loved training others and seeing their progress. Luis is no longer a trainer at this facility, and I'm selfishly sad that he left me and his clients behind. Luis was my trainer after a bad experience with another trainer and was nothing short of professional and responsible from the beginning. He assisted me with a nutritional plan and always explained his training methods. When I finally thought I'd found my trainer, he decided to leave. Nevertheless, I'm happy that he valued himself and his work because he's a transparent professional and deserves to be valued and treated as such.

Very very clean gym. More than enough cardio equipment. The only draw back from this gym is the fact that there isn’t a steam room or sauna. Big deal breaker for me. Won’t be returning to this gym. Thanks for the hospitality.

There are too many reasons why I love this Esporta. I’ve been to multiple gyms but here is where I’ve undoubtedly grown the most. The staff and other supportive members I’ve met along the way make it the perfect environment to grow together. I’ve only been able to reach the incredible goals I’ve met because of what this gym has to offer.

I have truly enjoyed working out here for the past 4 months of consistently showing up which resulted in a 30-pound weight loss. The staff are nice. The gym is frequently cleaned. It's close to home. My son enjoys the basketball court. The two areas for improvement are the reorganization of weights and members placing items on equipment to hold their space while doing other exercises. Weights are consistently all over the gym. I know the gym has made an attempt to communicate this to members but it hasn't been effective. Also, this is not a personal private gym to place bags and items to prevent members from using the equipment. I just wish members would be more respectful.

Every time I go to this gym I have an amazing experience. The staff does an amazing job with making sure everything is super clean. Front desk is super welcoming as are the managers. They have a ton of equipment which is awesome I get to do everything that needs to get done. What makes it even better is they have a pool to throw yourself into after working out. Best experience ever would highly recommend!!!

This is my go to gym and I have always had an amazing experience with all the employees. However, today, the front desk agent who I was told was named “crow” was super rude to me and my guest as well as another guest. I went to scan my pass and I didn’t know that my guests had a unique QR code of their own in my account and she called out to me rudely that I need scan the guest pass. I didn’t know how to so I just showed her that I had my guest registered and she again rudely and with an attitude said I need to click the button and scan. And okay end of story. BUT then another guest scanned their pass and she loudly and rudely said “your membership is cancelled” like girl come on she could’ve said it softly and privately. And she just treated her really rudely. Again I love all the workers here but her?? Idk
