Breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL, panoramic views. The rooms are delightfully furnished and comfortable. All the necessary/ expected amenities are readily available. The staff is refreshingly charming and repeatedly went above and beyond to meet our needs. Staying here was joyfully indulgent. I WILL return one day! I recommend this particular vacation experience to couples, families of nearly every size, and even the individual wanting to "escape" to serenity for a while. Nobody will be disappointed.
We go here every year for our Anniversary! The rooms are always clean and supplied with what you need to start your vacation. Friendly service! Beautiful view of the Gulf from our balcony. We always enjoy coming back to this place. Nice comfortable beds. Two pools, outdoor grills, hot tub, Sauna, and fitness center.||||
BEWARE OF SAFETY ISSUE: We were made aware via signage around the property that unit doors were being painted during our stay, but I was very startled to find a worker inside my unit with the door open upon returning from the beach. The worker stated he was given a master key code to my unit by the building manager. We were NOT made aware ahead of time that workers would be enterting our unit. Even landlords are legally required to give 24-hour notice before entering. This is an extreme violation of privacy and safety, especially for two young women staying alone. When I questioned the property owners, they knew nothing about it. I was extremely disappointed that the building management failed to communicate with the property owners or us, the guests, about workers needing to enter the units. I also do not understand why the unit doors were being painted while guests were staying in them. It would have been more appropriate to paint a unit door that was not in use. I also found it strange they painted my unit door but not the one next to mine (pictured.) The property owners and building management handled this issue so poorly. The property owners took zero accountability and did nothing to assure my safety as they said the workers were allowed to enter my unit because of the sinage posted. They also refused my request for a discount or refund for their mistake.
PROS: The contactless check-in and check out was super easy and convenient. The off-site office texted me often to ask about the satisfaction of my stay, and they were responsive to phone calls. The location of the property was great. Right on the beach, 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The indoor and outdoor pools seemed well maintained. The parking garage was fine. We always found a good spot near the doors. The furniture and decor in our unit was dingy, but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and clean!
CONS: There was no air conditioning in the hallways or elevator, so the walk to and from our room was extremely hot. The bathroom and kitchen surfaces were clean, but we had no hand soap or additional toiletries.
OVERALL: It was a great value being right on the beachfront, but it felt more like a "motel" than a condo. Next time I visit Orange Beach, I will stay at a different property.
We loved this resort. Right on the beach, nice indoor and outdoor pools and great balcony views from unit of beach. Very spacious 2 bedroom condo. Murphy bed in living room with plenty of space. Modern and everything in good condition. Easy parking, check in and out. Walking distance to a couple good restaurants. Grocery stores a short drive. No problems. Resort contacted us via text to make sure everything was going well during our stay and good communication about maintenance coming in our room and when. ||(They installed 3 new tvs while we were here). Kids 8, 10 and 12 loved it, too. We had a great trip!

Family vacation week here was great. Right on the beach. Water view room was amazing. Big windows all with views of water, and a balcony with seating and table. Huge rooms, with great modern beach decor. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and baking in the unit. Washer and dryer in unit. They have both indoor and outdoor pool areas. Outdoor fireplace, gazebo, and grills. Hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness room available. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. Basically everything you need for a perfect beach holiday. Close to so many good restaurants and shopping places. Lots of stuff in the area for families with young kids, too.
The location and condo were beautiful. It was great to have the extra space for my family to visit. We will definitely stay here again once the weather warms up. Great experience overall. The inside pool, hot tub and gym were a perfect way to spend chilly days.
Positive: The location was ideal. The indoor pool was great when the weather was not so great. Negative: I did not like the fact that I expected a balcony from the pictures and did not get one. The pictures were misleading online. There was not a front desk to check in and ask questions.

What a great park! The boys and I went to find a playground and scout out fishing spots. This place has both, as well as two sets of bathrooms to use and multiple picnic shelters. The playground area is fenced in, and the equipment is relatively new.
Awesome service and food. Drinks were great. Was a little cold when we were here(Jan). So they could use maybe 1 indoor section as its all outside seating. Atleast they had propane heat lamps.

We explored the Wharf both during the day and at night. There is plenty to do between exploring all the shops, riding the ferris wheel, dolphin boat tours, amphitheater, bars and restaurants, and so much more. There is plenty of free parking outside

What a great place for breakfast! From Shrimp and cheese grits, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and a piece of ham. Food was hot and delicious. Must try if your in Orange Beach!! Service was great from waitress as well!
