I brought my ASUS TUF gaming laptop in after it decided to stop charging just a hair past warranty. Clayton checked the warranty to see if it was still covered and they even waited for me to contact ASUS support to see if they'd do anything to help since it was so close. In the end, Error fixed my ASUS and price wasn't bad. I don't recommend ASUS, I do recommend Error as they were able to replace the charging port and fix my laptop.

So far so good with every computer and now laptop Clayton has done a fabulous job. We will continue to tell all our friends about him and his work.

I highly recommend this place! They were recommended by a close friend. Got my computer back in 2 days. Upgraded my hard drive, etc and Microsoft suites. Clayton was very helpful/walked me through everything. It works 10 times faster now!

Great, honest business. I called wanting to get pricing for a replacement laptop component that I ordered through Amazon and thought was the wrong part. Spoke with Clayton, sent him pictures, and he informed me that it was in fact the correct part! I went ahead and installed it, laptop is up and running! He took time to look up the part that was needed and talk me through my issue, which resulted in no immediate profit, but a future customer indeed.

Error CR was able to get us some refurbished laptops at a great price. High end machines that work great that cost us less than anything we'd have gotten at Best Buy. They were also able to upgrade some of our older machines with solid state hard drive swaps, which makes a huge difference in performance and speed and cost us a lot less than we thought it would. Knowledgeable staff, great communication from start to finish and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend.

Please do yourself a favor and take your computer elsewhere to have it repaired. This place is worse than Geek Squad! I brought my computer in several months ago as it would freeze up randomly after upgrading the CPU, Motherboard and Memory. The first time I brought it in, they fixed some other minor issues I was having, but didn't even address the freezing issue. I brought it back in and he looked at it again and said he was able to "force" the random freezing issue and that it was fixed. Less than 24 hours after I got my computer back, it froze again. I brought it back in to have him look at it and he asked me if I did a clean install. Since the freezing issue happened after I replaced the some of the hardware, I knew it was hardware related, not software related. I asked him to test the components I upgraded to see if they were bad. After a few days, he said he tested all of those components and they were fine. He insisted it was software related. So I did a clean install and guess what?? It still froze!! I slowly replaced the components one by one until I found that it was the memory (that he claimed he tested) that was bad. I learned a valuable $150 lesson......stay away from this place at all costs!!!

This was THE best customer service experience I've ever had. These guys know what they are doing. My computee was diagnosed within hours and fully completed within 24 hours! They update my hard drive to solid state drive and it is SO fast. Everything is still on the computer and I didn't loose a single thing! I had a tax appointment at 11 am and even though my computer was still in pieces, they had everything back together, tested and ready to go within the hour of calling them and I am now able to make my tax appointment with all the information on my computer!
