Equality Inn - Motel in Rockford - 4605 E State St, USA

My experience has been that they keep it very clean and are always pleasant😊, I've stayed weekly for a few months and it's truly Great Value for the buck! never seen any bugs other than an occasional fruit fly much better then other budget hotels in the area --by far. never have wifi issues and get a decent amount of channels on the TV.

Was passing through and was one of the more affordable places on short notice. Honestly was just a nice easy place to check in and rest my head for the night. Just be mindful there is a refundable $50 deposit when you check in that isn't included on the booking price.

Very nice and comfortable room which had recently been redone, the hotel was quiet and the service was friendly. Location is halfway between the tollway and downtown, among all of the chain stores and random businesses on the commercial strip. Interesting older building that looks like it's being maintained well, price was quite reasonable. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for a good night's rest.

I was able to make a same day online reservation. Stayed one night. The room is equipped with toiletries, iron and an ironing board. Bring your own hangers if you need them. Maybe ask the front desk. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. Ice and snack machines. Stores nearby. Beautiful chandelier and staircase in the sitting lobby.

I'm astonished by how detached the people here have been from basic humanity. Not only did they take my money and keep it despite my inability to come in due to being in the hospital for multiple hours, but they both refused to refund that money and additionally wouldn't even exercise basic politeness in any of their communications. How can such rude and thoughtless people stay in business? I will add that the lobby and surrounding hallways are rather depressing and smelly, in my opinion, and there's a drab, unhappy vibe to everything that I can recall. However. That all is more of a subjective impression, and I don't recall seeing any of the pest animals there that I've been warned about (granted, of course, that I wasn't actively looking for anything).

This place has spiteful people, the owner towed my car with all my stuff to a recycling manufacture. I rented a room for more than couple weeks if not couple months in interrupted form and left my car for two days which I was preparing for a settlement. When I asked the Indian owner where is it, he said you should’ve let me know. I told him it was two days. He said I don’t know maybe it take one year or two. I tried to sue him, but I focused on my graduation.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. They provided my boyfriend and I with great room service and made sure our stay here with them was comfortable. The manager is especially good at conversation and making you feel welcomed when you stay

I have bad experience in this motel I stay more than a 28 days they didn’t even given us good rooms service or even room was the so nasty they charge us for towel that we show them we don’t have any towel so ridicules people are there charging for everything for extra towel for late check out I never seen this in my life that if you do 1 hour check out so you have to pay for that !? Moran are working there we have suffering from our house burn and they are charging us for everything it’s so crazy …. Whole motel are disgusted, in rooms they have mole I posted the video and the pictures when I go on 1 day there is mouse under the washbasin…when I tell them on desk they said even they have mouse in there rooms they can’t do anything about it .
