We have been using Epygi products for a little over 11 years now, always with great results. We have worked with their QX PBX units, QX Gateways (for FXO and E1/T1) and software solutions like eQall and ACD with great results. Presale, and technical support is excelent. We also still have some of their previous generation of appliances called Quadro still running without problems, that alone speaks about the quality of Epygi products. Another great feature of using Epygi units is that you can practically use any brand of IP phone you like, we have installed this units using Grandstream, Snom, Yealink, Polycom and Fanvil endpoints, this allows for our clients to have a wide variety of devices that are compatible with the units and manage their budget accordingly. We have also used it with Valcom PA units for paging. Epygi also offers cloud based solutions which we are also using with clients that have users in different parts of the country. The cloud solution is priced fairly and it works awesome. Another great product that Epygi offers is their own softphone called eQall, which proved to be an invaluable tool for our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using this tool our clients were able to send their employees home and and bring their phone capabilities with them either using the softphone on a PC or in a mobile device. Epygi has been a great part of our solutions portofolio for a long time now and we totally recommend their products, they offer a wide array of quaity products that have proven to satisfy our clients needs.

I have been working with EPygi for a long time, since the QUADRO solution was still in production. I find the experience with the Epygi solution fantastic. it is a stable device, with all the necessary functionalities that a PBX should have. Its simplicity of management and configuration allows the use of the device, in any scenario, using very little time to put the device into production with the end customer. Furthermore, a very important note is given by the support. always active and proactive, to solve the various problems that could be encountered in a very short time. I fully recommend the use of these devices with your end customers.
