Great restaurant that has been able to remain true to its to itself both in quality of food, selection of wines and has been able to not have prices go up too much. The majority of the staff have been there for a long time. Food is very good especially meats and pasta dishes. Duck, short ribs and pork chops are especially tasty. Brussels Sprouts and a must try in the staters.

They never disappoint! Worth the 30 minute drive from Bellevue. My absolute favorite dish is the Rigatoni Formaggio with chicken!!

Good food especially the truffle fries and the dark chocolate torte! The drinks were decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the service, it was really awkward, our server was really nice to people around asking how they are liking the food or do they need anything but never asked us once and that made us feel very awkward and unwanted. I don’t want to say it but it seemed a little racist.

Service is always great when I come here, and the food has such great presentation and good flavor. Now that I think of it, I've never actually sat inside the restaurant, so my experience is only based on outside seating, but I've enjoyed it nonetheless. The only awkward bit is feeling like you're walking through the kitchen to get to the restrooms, which I think the staff are aware of and they kindly shoo you through so you don't block the path. It's a great place for a nice dinner by the water!

Great food (burrata is a must try). Had the rigatoni with wild mushrooms which was perfectly cooked (shaved parm made for bonus flavor). Complimented our meals with a couple well crafted cocktails (purple haze - gin based and lime in the coconut - mezcal based). If you're up for dessert, share the doughnuts (6, small yummy sugar-coated goodness) with caramel sauce, as a nice finisher.

Our amazing dinner of Braised Short Ribs and Bucatini All'Arrabbiratta was ruined by the worst table I have ever had dining out. Let me reiterate that the meals were 5+ stars. It was a Saturday night; the restaurant was full. It was our 4th or 5th time dining at Epulo in the past year. I made reservations early in the week. We were seated at a table for 2. The problem was that the table was just a few feet from the bussing station where I think the staff was in a contest to see who could make the most noise crashing the dishes and silverware onto the counter/tub. See the picture of the station from my seat. Additionally, the table is practically in the walkway, only separated by a light veil of glass beads. We starred at the constant traffic in and out of the very busy, loud kitchen all evening. It was not relaxing nor enjoyable. Essentially, our dinner was ruined (~ $100). When mentioned to our server, she apologized (dismissingly). Yes, I tipped 20% because it was not our server's or chef's fault. There was about 3 "poorly placed" tables. Why? Maximize seat to make profit; putting revenue ahead of diners. A couple of other comments: The rest of Epulo is really nice; its modern, clean, and in great repair. The indoor/outdoor atmosphere creates a beautiful setting on a summer evening. The service was nice, not the most attentive server, but she did a nice job. Will I be back or do I recommend? Edmonds is overflowing with amazing restaurants, consider alternatives.

Great place in Edmonds The boneless braised beef short ribs were soft and tender. The iceberg wedge salad was adorable and delicious but our favorite was the Rigatoni Formaggio with spicy pork sausage. Also, great cocktails and service.

Best Edmonds restaurant for the full experience going out. Fantastic food, classy service, and an amazing menu. Get a reservation because it's very popular. Epulo is our place for special occasions.
