I have found in EOX technology, more than an IT managed service provider, I have found a partner. They are all accessible, friendly and thorough. They excels in customer service and IT solutions. They are so responsive to issues, and more, are proactive about things which weren't even on my radar. Their entire team is professional and so easy to work with, I highly recommend them!

EOX has helped me A LOT, they have taken care of everything related to computers and phones in my company and I couldn't be happier. The staff is super knowledgeable and easy to reach, just one phone call, one email and I know they will take care of anything from a new email account installation to firewall maintenance. We have three sites with about 50 computers each, it was a logistical nightmare have all of them up and running, ever since EOX came to our rescue it's been a walk in the park, now days if I need to share important documents that are too big for email I just simply shared it in our dedicated File Server, and because everything is on the cloud, we were not affected by the hurricane last year, we just simply moved to a safer location and managed to finish all our deadlines, even our phones were not affected. The did wonders for us, gave us solutions beyond our expectations, will keep working together for a long time.

We already past the one month mark, I can tell you for sure, this is the best IT Support company we ever hired, too bad we didn't knew them 2 years ago, that would have saved us a lot of problems and headaches. Now our servers and all our network are running smoothly, and, whenever something happens, doesn't matter how big or small, they come to our rescue almost immediately. I don't usually leave reviews but this time it needs to be done. They really deliver. We had a major power outage in our office and the servers were fried; as promised with their backup solution, we recovered everything the same day. We were up and running and all of our locations had access to everything. I really want to thank the guys in EOX!
