Pros: Good doctor, nice staff Cons: Made an appointment, but had to cancel, 3 months later received a bill for no show. Of course they say they have no record of calling to cancel because I actually came in person to cancel since I live 2 minutes away. I just paid the late fee but I won't go back and I reported them to my insurance carrier.

Today I went to my Hearing Appointment and had a Great Experience with staff and doctor. The young representative by the name of Amanda V. changed my mind of “Hearing Test”! Amanda was knowledgeable, articulate, and kind! Amanda explained each step in my Hearing Test Examination! Every question she answered with no hesitation and made it very easy on me to understand what I was going through especially my vertigo, dizziness, tinnitus! I almost started to cry because she knew what I was experiencing these last two years!! Thank you Enticare, Amanda V. You are a great asset to Enticare!!

I have been very pleased with the care I've received from the entire staff. Tanner Cline has shown to be respectful and very thorough. He listens and answers all my questions. The Audiologist was also very kind and informative while doing my testi g. Thank you Casa Grande Enticare.

My 3 year old did a sleep study last night. The technician was great and friendly and make everything so easy. However the part that worried me as a mother was there was NO Bed rail for toddlers. She almost fell off the bed. If she would have hit her head or anything injuries that would have been a huge law suit. They need safety rails for children everyone knows how much kids move at night. So I hope someone takes this seriously and add hose rails for kids. .

I had a consultation today for hearing aids and walked out feeling really good about getting them and having them fitted. Efficient, informative, explained everything and let me ask questions, than answered all of them.

On time and extremely professional service. Staff was great and Dr James was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this facility for future needs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I paid $241.80 out of pocket for an allergy test (1 of 2). . When I called to schedule the 2nd test, they said I was not allowed back due to 6 no shows. This is a mistake on there part. I only canceled 1 apt I could not make. I tried to explain to them that their information is incorrect, but the woman on the phone just acted like a robot. They also did not file the insurance claim for the test and kept the 241.80 as cash payment for the practice. So it did not apply to my deductible. I called them back to ask what happened and they refused to give me the results which I payed for, and told me that I now had to schedule a 1 time only apt to have the results read to me by the same doctor that refused me. They also denied not filing the claim for the test. I am filing an appeal with my insurance. This practice is unprofessional at best. This Doctor is looking to make fast money at your expense. Read some more reviews here and you will see they are all common. STAY AWAY.
