Entertainment Technology Solutions (ETS) - Audio visual equipment supplier in Missouri City - 13203 Stafford Rd # 1200, USA

I don't normally give referrals or post reviews because I don't want any bad service that another company receives from a vendor to be a poor reflection on me. My reputation is too important to me to risk putting it in somebody else's hands. However, after working with ETS recently I feel compelled to write this post. They were just one of many vendors that I worked with over a 2 year span on a large construction/installation project. My customer experience with ETS and the quality of their completed product was so markedly better than every other vendor that I worked with that it is only fair to give them special acknowledgement. Erik, was excellent during the whole process. During design he highlighted several elements that we would never have thought about and really value engineered to help us bring significantly more functionality than we thought our budget could afford. Throughout the installation process the entire team was professional and contentious. The few inevitable glitches that arose paled in comparison to the project surprises that we had in several other functional areas. Erik even worked directly with another vendor and that vendor's central support to fix a problem completely unrelated to any ETS work. He saw the other vendor struggling to work around a challenge and just walked up and started problem solving even though it ended up extending his day several hours. Who does that? ETS is now the only vendor that is an automatic on all of my projects. They earned it and continue to act like they want my repeat business.

I'd give 10 stars if it was possible. Katie Danley and team are wonderful to work with. They provide quick cost effective services and very fast equipment delivery.
