I am happy to have access to Entech in my workplace whenever I need technical support or troubleshooting. The IT Techs are proficient at what they do, and they do not cease until the task is resolved. They recently installed a new computer at my workstation. From installation to transferring and re-establishing programs / drives; The IT Tech left nothing undone or forgotten when he left our office. They are responsive, patient, and kind to work with!
