Soon to be 4 months as a member at Enhanced Health and Fitness, and I couldn't have made an even better decision for myself. Throughout the years, I have always been on and off when it came to me working out, from going to the gym and not even knowing where to really start. This time around I want to really put myself first and start an actual healthy lifestyle. Enhanced Health and Fitness does that for me. With the amount of time I have been here, I see an amazing drastic change and also feel it too. From weight loss, muscle buildup, tighten skin, and tone. I just want to keep it going and push myself even more. In addition to joining being a great decision, the atmosphere when you enter the gym is relaxing, you also have this confidence of 'you got this' and the space really becomes time for yourself. The owner Rodger is phenomenal. He really pays attention from Day One of seeing where you're at, then little-by-little going harder each session without over killing oneself. Again, joining has been an amazing decision. Make that decision too!!!

Where do I start? I was looking to reestablish a workout routine and needed motivation to come each session/week. Not only does Enhanced Health and Fitness offer a 21 day trial but there is also the owner Rodger! This man wants to see you succeed. Rodger is a wonderful trainer - new exercises biweekly and monthly, plus a coach to support your nutrition and life goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone at any level looking to reach personal goals and needs someone to hold you accountable.

As someone who has been out of a routine with going to the gym and putting myself first, Rodger has helped me become comfortable and acquainted with the equipment and routine at Enhanced Health and Fitness! He is extremely helpful in modifying the exercise so they are doable with my terrible knees! Being at the gym has become something to look forward to with a customized workout plan for me and needs and all the support you could want! Enhanced Health and Fitness is a fantastic gym with a relaxed atmosphere. The personal trainer is top-notch and provided a great fitness experience. He set me up with a great food plan and a workout plan that fits my needs. Honestly signed up after the first week trail session I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rodger helps you achieve your goals no matter your starting point. He is adaptable to his training approach if an injury arises, as it did in my case. He was able to modify my workout quickly. His 6-week challenges encompass more than weight loss/muscle building but focus on protein, water intake, and gratitude/mindfulness/journaling daily for a positive mind. On your days not training with him, he even checks in with you to see if you need any help with achieving your goals. He’s committed to his field and really cares about his clients. They’re more than a paying customer.
