We bought our first home in May and a few weeks later found extensive termite damage to our bathroom. The city required a structural engineer to provide signed and sealed plans before approving the permits to repair.
My husband and I called about 20 different firms, most didn’t answer, those who did made us feel hopeless and as though our project was impossible.
We then found this group. We submitted a contact form through their site and Adam responded within 24 hours. His lead time was reasonable, he clearly communicated his process and ensured our expectation was aligned. Once he did his site walkthrough, we had plans in hand a few days later. He followed up with us and remained diligent and patient through any changes and hundreds of questions. We’re getting ready to submit all our plans, but we couldn’t have gotten this far without this firm.
Adam provided so much knowledge and step by step explanations which were invaluable to a first time homeowner. It was the first time this project has felt manageable. We cannot thank Engineering Services Group and Adam enough.
