I see reviews here mentioning support. The accuracy is great but when the simulation changed I needed support and instead of help they canceled my account. The rates team was always good but certain individuals like Jack Younan would rather be unhelpful. I was using the software for three years. Only had a problem in the last few months. Apparentlly I complained 4 times and that was too much for Jack to bear. Not once was I invited to a video call or even a regular call. They have an office near me and I would have even driven there for training if invited. Nope.

This is a truly indispensible program for solar developers, EPCs, and solar asset owners. Its ability to check the financial results of various sizes of solar and battery storage saves tons of time. But the best part of the program is the support. Jack Younan, our assigned tech guy, is terrific. Readily available, happy to help, extremely knowledgeable, and able to modify your proposal to meet the special requirements of your situation. Couldn't be happier with him and ETB. Couldn't do without them.

One of the most accurate and best solar software/services I have ever used. Even if I found another one, I wouldn't switch because of Energy Toolbase' amazing support team. I have worked closely with Rion Dixon (Illinois solar specialist) who is incredibly informative, patient, kind, and resourceful; he will go out of his way to ensure you're comfortable and up to date. The head of their rate team Yulia Krivchenkova has been an amazing person to work with with incredible detail regarding utilities, rates, metering, what about this then that, there has not been a single question or concern Yulia and Rion have not been able to help or immediately solve.
