Sign on back of van claimed they drove the speed limit. Driver was going 53 MPH on Broadway and following LESS THAN 2 car lengths behind. License plate 4WA 4GH. Guess you can’t believe anything they say.

Dashawn and Stefan arrived at my door about 4pm today .. at which point I was pretty well ready to send Cox Cable packing..they worked for 2 hours and resolved all the issues I was having even though the person responsible for my reactivation was responsible for most of the issues. Very impressed! Thank you , Thank you.

WHAT SCAM!!! A technician comes to the house, talks to his supervisor and tells us his supervisor will have to come over to fill a "ticket". Tells my husband and I the supervisor will be by either that day or the next. NO ONE shows up and I've left numerous messages with NO ONE calling me back. NO ONE ever answers their phones!!!! What a joke of a business! If this is how you conduct your business I'm terrified to see the quality of your work!!!

I wouldn't hire this company strictly because of their employee's horrible driving skills. Don't have a sticker on the back of your van if you don't answer the phone for people to report it. I watched yesterday for 10-15 minutes as an employee drove 75+ down Ironwood weaving in and out of cars while on his phone. Not a great representation of your company in case you were wondering.

Dave came with a trainee to fix a recurring issue with our television service. It was a complicated thing that other companies, including Cox employees were only able to fix partially, with less than satisfactory results. He diagnosed the issues expertly and stayed until everything was perfect.

01/25/17 5:15pm to 5:45pm. E2E truck driving dangerously. Started at McDowell and Alma, north to the 202 East, all the way to Broadway. Guy changed lanes over and over, in and out of traffic. And it was all for nothing because he got no further than me. I guess you'd say the guy wasn't even an efficient bad driver. Because he got himself stuck over and over. I just got to watch it all for 30 minutes and cringe rather than see him disappear down the road. He cut people off, tailgated in the far right slow lane, and even switched tactics, using the HOV lane to pass cars, already going 75 mph bumper to bumper in the fast lane. When you short-pass through the HOV lane and cut off someone who already has no place to go and who is trying to maintain a 2-3 car distance while going 75mph, you are a real jerk. Stay classy End 2 End.
