Enchanté Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Los Altos - 1 Main St, USA

This is a small boutique hotel. Does not have swimming pool or big gym. But it has it charm and great staff. Who do their best to make your stay a pleasant experience. I stay here every time when in the area, it almost fill like coming back home. Rooms are not big but nicely furnished, cozy and clean. Location is great , lots of places around to eat and shop. Prices are very affordable comparing to other hotels in the area. Restaurant has some great options to chose from.

The stay in this hotel is beyond Great, we enjoyed it immensely, especially my girlfriend. We have stayed here (in the same room) multiple times now. Each time the experience is absolutely wonderful! The room is immaculate and the staff friendly. The room is comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Beautiful hotel to begin our life together! It provided the perfect ambiance for our first night. The room was beautifully decorated, and the hotel staff was welcoming. Their breakfasts was so delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

I am typically hesitant to book a hotel not part of a familiar chain when traveling for work, but I'm so glad I tried this hotel. It exceeded expectations. I found it on a travel site while looking for a hotel near my work meeting. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I needed to print something late, and they generously helped without question while calming my work stress with an intriguing conversation. The rooms are updated while keeping the charm of the building. I highly recommend it and will choose to stay here when visiting the area.

But by way, our experience at Enchanted Boutique Hotel has surpassed the service at any other hotel. This is because of the hotel's GM, Cristian and his entire staff's heart-felt kindness. Great spot. Wonderful restaurant; very helpful staff. The wifi functioned poorly despite the attempts to correct the problem by the staff. Had the same problem at the last visit six months ago. Hotel should get an expert to fix this. Perhaps Comcast (I think they are the provider) should do this as a service to a commercial customer.
