The worst products I have come across in my industry. Literally 75% of them fail almost immediately and another 20% fail after the first month. A 2 year warranty means nothing when it takes a crew hours to remove and more material to replace. Never again.

Called multiple times and left multiple messages Their recording says they will call back within an hour. I never heard back from them. Emx Industries really needs to do something about their lack of tech support.

Called them multiple times for tech support left messages got one call back, missed the call back because I was on another job. Called them back and left a message and no call back. There tech support is very poor and will not ever install any of there products in Nashville TN again. Nashville has #11 of the fastest growing metro cities in the US. 100 people a day are moving here.

Excellent service. Employees are easy to deal with and perform exceptionally.
