First time coming and the place was amazing. We live in Houston but have lots of family here, this place was reccomended by a couple of teen (neices) who are CRAZY about this place & finally we came back & had to try it. Although it was almost closing time we were greeted with a big smile & free samples by the girl in the front counter. It's a great environment & the food was amazing!

I ordered a tostada siberia and a fruit cocktail. The food was great and the lady at the register was super nice and provided excellent service. Looks like a good place to bring the kids on a hot summer weekend to have some delicious snacks, to relax and make memories.👍👍
Such a cute place! My son wanted Ice cream they didn't have any ,but that was okay because he settled for a tigers Blood raspa. I ordered a chicharrón preparado which super yummy ,& Super affordable, Had a quick chat with the owner and was super sweet 😀 gave me a sample of a mango raspa if {I'm not mistaken} It was so delicious .... Yall definitely check them out enjoyed my short visit here definitely will be coming back when I'm in Laredo 👍👍

Horrible customer service. The lady at the cashier, with a birthmark on her chin, was very judgmental and inattentive every time we would pick our orders and requested something with it. That wasn’t all, the worst part was i accidentally left my phone there and when i called the store to ask if it was there she didn’t want to bother to check and instead told me if i lost it to come and look for it, very impolite. Not only that but when i arrived at the store to look for it and i asked once again if she had seen it and she said that they have phones but to call it to see if it rings. Like excuse me what? She was very inconsiderate , she didn’t even ask what type of phone i had or where i had maybe misplaced in the store? But no I had to call it and when I did the lady pulled out my phone and just blankly stared at me with some type of attitude. I’m not sure what her intentions with my phone was but the vibe and her actions that she showed me were extremely odd and unwelcoming. I hope they get someone nicer and attentive because i don’t plan coming back if there’s gonna be an un generous person attending me.

The service is great and the food is awesome!!! Some may put the lines are long, but what do you expect. The Mexican hot dogs are great. The shaved ice cream is out of this world. What I can't get enough of is the corn in the cup and the lemonade its

Small place. But it was a lot of fun. $5 bucks for all you can play on PC and arcade?! CRAZY CHEAP. They have a lot of cute figurines and plushies to buy. They got some Gacha games.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, and great suggestions from Jodee! I got iced espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, with oatmilk and vanilla syrup! Loved the music playing while relaxing with delicious coffee! ð¥°
Look, I don't live in Laredo anymore. But when we went down to visit, the one thing that was non-negotiable was visiting Chalu. I didn't even visit my grandfather , ok? Get the ternera burger, and you might forget about your family too. ð

Good atmosphere and decent food. For those who don't want to eat at large almost fast-food like chains and prefer small traditional restaurants, in my opinion this is a good place.
