Been there for 50th annual fire balloon festival. Clouded. But enjoy the ballon, parachute show and fireworks on opening day. Bring your own mat or chairs. Go at least one hour early to get parking and space to stay. The next day, there was a ballon race.
Hot air balloons glow on the Friday night. Was fabulous. Was able to speak to many different crews there. I learned an enormous amount that I would have never known if I had not gone.

Here is the view from one of the tents in Forest Park for the balloon race. The weather was great but unfortunately the winds were a little too great so the balloons didn't go up. Parking is always a little bit of an issue but that's to be expected with that size of crowd. The lawn / field conditions were great.
I don't actually use the field this area of the park has the best bathrooms and a covered pavilion area with electric outlets. I ride my skateboard here when it's rainy.
The Fields are multi use and applicable to any sports you want to play. Very large. I'm sure any organized event will require reservations. The area is so large you could likely do whatever you want and not disturb any events or individuals sharing the space.
Forest Park is one of the great places in St Louis and I'm fortunate enough to be walking distance away from it. I use it all the time and enjoy everything it has to offer.
Awesome field to me.. We there to see my young cousin play some rugby
Wonderful place for public events, like the hot air balloon fest 😊
Hot air balloon festival was fun! I’m already looking forward to the one next year!
Absolutely amazing night at the Great Forest Park Balloon Race! I have never gone to anything like this and this was worth every second of time spent. Definitely something that could become an annual event for my little ones. Thanks to PNC Bank, Schnucks, and all other sponsors that continue to make this a free event for all to enjoy.

Went here for a walk for a break from the long drive home and was pleased with how nice the walking paths were and the available parking. There were a good amount of people out despite the cold weather and it seemed to be near a college based on most
Peaceful sitting place inside Forest Park. Beautiful ducks swimming in a small pond, fresh breeze, spend your nice evening here. Romantic place for couples.
Lovely nature and hiking area tucked away in St. Louis. There are paved trails and some unpaved trails. You can hike along a ridge that overlooks a river which is very scenic. There were also lots of deer here! Parking can get tight.
Lovely pavilion with seven large tables, two trash cans, a large grill, and easy to walk to from street parking. There are nearby benches and the pavilion gets partial sun in the afternoon.
Iâve been with BarreSTL since April 2023, and Iâm so glad I found this studio! I was very in to working out before pregnancy, but had felt defeated after 4 births in 5 years. I felt like I could never make time for working out and getting strong

Went to a late night concert at Off Broadway and stayed here afterwards. Nicely decorated, spacious room - and I love the 1890s architecture. This part of town has so much character. The innkeeper and his dog were friendly. Will definitely stay again
Cafe de Blaire is a hidden gem in downtown St. Louis. My husband and I ordered caramel machiatto and found this to be finely balanced medium to strong coffee. The kids ordered the handmade ice cream in waffle cones. The ice cream is super creamy and
