I’m a small business owner in Palouse, Washington. We we so excited to be helping out another small business. But when you discontinued your service in Palouse and didn’t inform your costumers my feelings changed. You left my business without phone or internet, limiting our services. Unable to take credit/debit card payments and unable to receive take out order or caterings. If I could give a f zero star review I would. You give small businesses a bad name.

Internet always disconnects. We use an uninterruptible power supply along with it, and even during blackout. Our access point is on top of the neighbors house so we rely on the antenna to be on. If they really wanted to they could unplug it and I think that’s going on. For being fiber, this is a joke. 50 mbps is your fastest? I’ve seen the orange cable being laid by the highway towards the casino, theirs either not enough capacity. Or just the antenna is being manipulated. It’s not fiber directly to the home, so the last mile is using a 60 GHz antenna ptp which gets weather Signal attenuation. Honestly Starlink is better, Reliability wise. Strongly, because only gone down twice in the past two years, the fiber has gone down more than 10 times this year. In this will be our second year being with emerge technologies. They tried blaming Starlink as the interference problem, but Starlink causes 12 GHz and their antenna uses 60 GHz. Also, they don’t even point near each other. They point directly opposite of each other, and are not in line of sight of the other…. Technicians don’t want to admit that they are wrong sometimes

They don't give notice through us postal mail before they disconnect you. After I said that I have a learning disability ADD then they say they won't do payment arrangements anymore.

My wife and I live 15 minutes from downtown Spokane, but the internet options are limited since we live West of the city. We originally used EcliptixNet as our internet provider, and that was a painful experience. The internet was slow (usually < 4mbps download and < 1 mb upload speeds). Some days, the download speeds were < 1 mb. There were times when the internet would not work for days. One time, it was out for over a week. In 2020, Inland Cellular bought EcliptixNet and started doing business as Emerge Technologies, powered by Inland Cellular. I was excited that a larger company bought this service hoping that it would improve the system. Sadly it did not. We continued to experience the same internet frustrations. When I called customer service during internet outages, they were not helpful and often told me that they did not build that system, they just bought it. It was even more frustrating when they stated in a letter that they were upgrading the system and their improved internet service and speeds would reach speeds of 50mbps. After continued slow internet, no perceived upgrading of the system, and poor customer service, I switched to the first carrier that offered faster internet in our area. Now I have consistent internet. This is not a joke or an exaggeration, I had faster internet than EcliptixNet/Emerge Technologies/Inland Cellular in 1995 and wouldn't wish this product on anyone. Look elsewhere.

Can't receive any incoming calls from outside the network. Data is off more than it is on. No one seems to be able to resolve the issues. I give up. Not worth it. Time to change companies, I guess.
