Emerald Residences of Belleair Beach - Hotel in Belleair Beach - 3200 Gulf Blvd, USA

This place has the best sunsets of any place we've stayed. Small balcony but they have some with bigger balconies. Coin operated washers & dryers. Ice machine on first floor. They don't have a luggage rack. We stayed in 311. They do have an elevator. Our condo was okay needed a deep cleaning. The furniture was clean. It's pretty small our condo was pet friendly. View from balcony was great.

What a great find This is a beautiful beach looking I need to keep it quiet. Will maintain great staff and very enjoyable. Pool was clean and safe and much better location than the other beaches if you want peace and quiet nice grill outside as well

Rip off - $900.00 pre-paid for two nights (no cancellation policy) three months ahead for a filthy apartment. The sand beach in front of the apartment was the only plus. We contacted the management and they promised to send over a cleaner to correct any issues. We will see…

Great location on the beach, beautiful ocean view, quiet area, clean and our host Antoni was very quick in replying to us whenever needed. Many great restaurants nearby. Thank you.

Memories were created, and Memories were remembered. Excellent host and service. Maintenance is spot on. Quiet after 10:00 and everyone is very friendly and courteous. Children friendly and fun.

Mostly a residential area not a commercialized section of the beach. Not a far drive from Clearwater but def not walkable to any restaurants or shopping. Room picts are deceiving. Not near the size as it looks in picts

There was a great view of the beach, beautiful beach to walk on the unit was clean and tidy and up-to-date. There was no issues, except with the barbeque went to use them, and there was no propane, and it was too late at night to get any but other than that the place was great.
