This property is clean and well kept for the age of the units. 2 bedroom condo was spacious and more than comfortable for our party. Building 6 had was right on the water with views that don't disappoint. The property has many amenities that were nice to have available and were taken advantage of by many guests. Guest services were excellent. While the units are a little difficult to find even though they are right off a main road it was safely tucked back off the road behind a gate. While right off a main road the units were very quite. Property has balconies to watch the sunrise or set over the lake. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 stay for us.
This place was really nice and worth the cost probably a couple of years ago. The pool was nice, and overall it was still very clean (except for the TONS of goose poop all over the penisula - this made the beach and tennis/basketball court area with mini-golf and a picnic pavilion pretty much unusable.) And the 2 staff people we were able to catch in the 2 hrs/day office hours were nice, but they could only do so much. Be warned that the corporate part of the resort is closing at end of summer, to be sold, so there is absolutely NO investment by current management to keeping anything up. The staff were doing the best they can with apparently 90% of them laid off and housekeepers covering in the office. Such a wonderful place, but I would absolutely say it is not worth the price currently.
This place is pretty nice as far as amenities go. The rooms are extremely dated but the amenities out way that. The infinity pool and hot tub are nice. The kids enjoyed the game room with a pool table, ping pong table, connect four and a sauna. The tennis court and basketball court are great. The only things lacking were the rooms and the lack of kayaks and paddle boats. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work and the room was dated. Staff were amazing though and allowed us to check In early at no charge as we were extending our stay from a previous resort! We’ll probably stay here again In the future
Pro- location, safety and unit layout. When maintenance called they were courteous and responsive||Con...worn carpet...marginally functional appliances, everything very dated. 2nd Bedroom had no TV and no fan. The 2 TVs in the unit were very dated. I had no access code when I got there, and no one answered the office phone, even though it was during their work hours (another person who was renting there opened it for me). I was charged $110 cleaning fee -- which they said they charge if it is less than a week stay (we stayed 5 days)
Weekend trip with daughter. Great location. Nice view from unit and from the pool area. Unfortunately the oven did not work, and had gone to store for groceries planing to use a few times during our stay. Decor, appliances, and beds could use updating.
Alexis at the front desk was helpful. Unit and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Love that its dog friendly with washer dryer fireplace and balcony. Great location even in winter would be awesome in summer with the lake. Appliance could use update. Would prefer no carpet unit with dogs for easy cleaning as no vac in unit. Minor issues were missing screen door. loose kitchen faucet, non-working jacuzzi tub.
A once hidden gem has long list it's luster.
It obvious from the start that this place once was great little spot.
Rusted buildings, deferred maintenance has gone on for nearly a decade. Dirty spa, cold pool, broken sauna, just to name a few "activities"
Needs to be bought by new management willing to throw 250k into renovations, as the place has potential
Bathroom could use an update. Jets in tub didn't work. Carpet in mater bedroom by bathroom is starting to unravel other then that condo was fine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reserve at Hot Springs. The house was absolutely stunning. If you're a fan of historical homes, do not miss out on this one! I loved the original features of the home, from the grand staircase and transom windows
Quick, easy, no traffic, 15 minute parking right by.
The water is hot so be careful. Like hurts hot. Especially in the summer. We filled our jug and just let it cool.
The water is flavorless, didnât have any issues with it.
OMG this was so much fun, I am glad we were able to make it in.
Robots and theme are so cute and it was great fun to watch them and listen to their dialogue.
Waffles on a stick are AMAZING and the ones with ice cream are AWESOME too, I loved both i
