Emerald City Smoothie - Health food restaurant in Bend - 706 NE Greenwood Ave, USA

I ordered orange twister and I could barely taste any fruit in it, it was basically protein powder with no fruit at all! It tasted awful. The place is filthy, the walls are disgustingly dirty and splashed all over, the floor was so dirty that I could feel my shoes sticking. Never going back to this place.

The young folks working the counter were awesome! But those restrooms hadn't seen a clean in months at the least. I won't buy food or drinks from a place that doesn't clean the restroom more than every few months. Sad this is my last smoothie from Emerald.

The chattering girls in the back room may or may not notice you when you wait by the register. Your smoothie will be sweeter than needed.

The Guava Sunrise is my favorite smoothie made at Emerald City. They have a large, delicious, nutritious, menu with wonderful booster options. I love that the large size is 32oz, it's nearly a meal. In my opinion they are better than Jamba Juice. Highly recommended

My boyfriend and I have been going to Emerald City Smoothie every weekend for two months now and always get a Sambazon. We usually go to the West Side location and they are always great staff and smoothies but we were on the East Side today and decided to stop by this location. Extremely disappointed. The girl working the counter was very rude and was throwing things around and rolling her eyes, you can tell she hates her job. We could already tell by the color of the smoothie in the blender that it was not right. We kindly asked if she could remake it, which she did but was rude about it. Got the second smoothie and left the building. When we got in the car, we tried them and it was the same as before then we opened them and she had only filled them half way! So disappointing when you pay $14 for smoothies and also tip to receive a bad smoothie and awful and rude service. Will not be going back to this location.

I was just in and we actually go there multiple times a week and have for some time. I ordered myself and my 7 yr old daughter a smoothie after she had tough morning and she accidentally dropped it. It went everywhere. I myself cleaned the entire mess up with no help from not a single employee, not even an offer to help. Not to mention I had just spent 6.75 on a smoothie and tipped you guys fat for making it and my daughter was heartbroken and so embarrassed she was trying so hard not to cry! No one said thank you for cleaning it up, no one offered to replace her smoothie… nothing. I don’t expect it to be replaced it was our mistake but I have never been treated so poorly by employees, which you had plenty behind the counter to do their job and clean a mess in their place of business up. Super disappointed. Never expected to experience that there and now we will no longer return!

Absolutely love this place! Smoothies are great especially after a workout with their protein options. But really it’s the ladies that work there, they are always so sweet, sometimes even singing! Love the energy, and any time there’s an error they are quick to fix it. 10/10 will stay a regular.

Reason why I am giving a one star is because I fear that some employees are taking advantage of the tip space on the receipt. I am hoping it is just an accident but my smoothie only cost me $5.25, and I left a cash tip, and always make sure to the write the total. After pending the transaction came out to $8.25, not that I am crying over $3 but that is just not right. If a manager would like to get back to me, I would greatly appreciate it. Other than that amazing smooties but I will not be using my card ever again at this location. Be careful and check your transactions.
