Well where do i start with this interesting place well if you don’t mind being kept up my the people above you walking around in circles cuz they are high on meth or something then its the place for you but if you want to avoid being around drug addicts and hearing a bunch of banging at night and dont want to have to worry about being out at night then dont go here let me start with the outlets were screwed there is no excuse a outlet should be pushing my charger out of the outlet curtains could be a little bit larger shouldn’t be able to peak thru the side and whats uo with a extension cable hanging from the damn tv like come out they can be mounted to the walls for Christ sake my brother in christ this place is a fire hazard. Not to mention it looks like people have been living there for awhile

We got told that we usually do not allow children at our motel because of people smoking. Your rooms claim that they are smoke free. Expedia also states that your motel is family friendly and children are allowed. While checking in we got asked if our baby was a loud baby because they have a zero noise policy so practically stating that if our baby cries, we will be kicked out. While staying here, we got nasty coughs and once we left the motel, our coughs went away. The guests who was in the floor above us was smoking some kind of drug because all we heard was foot prints going in a circle. The air quality in these rooms are not good. The smell was horrible in the room when we walked in. We will never stay at this motel again. This motel was just overall sketchy and i felt very unsafe at night.

I came here with my husband and we both enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we loved that there were no bed bugs!! The property is also very clean and nice. We stayed here for 2 nights since we were only visiting Seattle for a concert but staff made them the best 2 nights ever. They’re very nice and kind, very helpful and they’re ready to assist and solve any issues. They’re always making sure things get done and they’re always checking in on guests to make sure we have everything we need. The area where this motel is located is also a plus! There’s gas station and boba and coffee places walking distance, winco store is literally across the street, a pho restaurant is right next to it and there’s this burger place a cross the street as well and is very good! It’s also located near lynnwood area so my husband and I enjoyed the short drive to Alderwood mall! I fully recommend staying here and prices are very fair:) my husband was at peace when he noticed how safe this property was, no disturbances whatsoever.

It's a typical motel. We got a room with 2 queen sized beds for 2 nights. The room was larger than expected and pretty clean. It was a decent stay. A tad confusing to pull into from Hwy 99. My issue is the deposit. I was fine with having to put the stated $100 deposit¹ onto my credit card. The issue is they don't inform you about the extra $2.50 charge ($102.50 total charge) at the beginning of your stay. They also don't tell you it takes up to 5 business days to receive your deposit refund after check out until they've already charged your card. The $2.50 was kept by the motel. The guy at the front desk is not super friendly at all, bordering on an unapproachable demeanor, not rude thou. But he does what you'd expect, just no smiles and not friendly.

Clean room, great value, guy at front desk was nice. Would stay there again.

Positive: The beds were comfortable, and the shower was decent. Negative: The only thing that really bothered me the most, was the floors were horribly dirty. I think once the staff are done making beds and cleaning a room, they should sweep/vacuum and then mop the floors last. I kept stepping on dirt and crumbs the whole time. Negative: ""

Positive: They are great people that own and run the place. Plus it has a kinda small community of guest that make it feel like a cool neighborhood. They helped me with a couple things that went above and beyond what¿s expected Negative: Stayed multiple weeks and never found anything negative
