We love working with EMCO. They are professional and work diligent and address the issue in a timely manner.with their costumers. They always responds to all questions you may have and explain properly if I were not to understand something. Their Tech team are great. We trust them also to go inside our tenants if there are not homes as we know they will be respectful, professional, clean and just go in to do their work and will leave the system work running unless a part needs to be order. They are the best!

This place came and tried to charge me almost $400 for a service that my home warranty covers. I tried to tell the man that it is covered the service but he would not listen. Routine maintenance covers coil cleaning, that’s is why it’s twice a year. Coil Cleaning considered routine maintenance. This is a service that I pay for. I don’t expect to be charged twice for it. I will be contacting my home warranty to let them know that this company wants to be paid for a visual inspection instead of the actual job that was requested. The tech was on time and came with tool. However he didn’t complete and maintenance which was why he was there.

Showed up on time and ready to work. Respectful of my home and a well organized service person. Meaning the tech didn't leave a mess and have to keep going in and out of my home all day for tools and materials.

I am totally satisfied with EMCO service. I have theirs services several times. This time they fixed air conditioner in appartment and my tenant very happy and appreciate quick response and returning comfort to her environment in these hot days. Would recommend EMCO company to everyone in need of home services.
