My wife Kathy and I spent 3 nights at Embrace Calistoga to celebrate her birthday in Napa. We've stayed and many B&Bs all over the country and I can honestly say that our experience at Embrace was by far, the best. From the moment we were welcomed by Chris we felt like one of the family. The amenities are gorgeous, with the highlight being the porch outside. This is a gathering place where guests, Chris and Brent can meet and greet with a glass of wine and a delicious treat. Not to mention, the breakfast each day was a gourmet meal, nothing comes close to what we experienced each morning. The attention to detail and the lengths that Chris and Brent go to so that each guest feels welcome and content is astonishing. They say on their Web page that you arrive as guests and leave as friends, never were words more true than these. Chris and Brent are a special couple and we consider them friends! Thanks to both of you for a very special stay and for making Kathy's birthday something we will always remember. We can't wait to return soon!!!

Embrace Calistoga is a beautifully restored B&B owned & run by Brent & Chris, who are the epitome of attentive hosts. |Pros:|- The large porch allows for a relaxing setting for the gourmet breakfasts, which change daily, & evening wine & hors d'oeuvres.|- Brent & Chris mingle with the guests on the porch during happy hour, making everyone feel welcome. They are very willing to provide recommendations for restaurants, wineries, things to do & sightseeing.|- The 5 rooms are well appointed, with no rooms having rooms above or below them for an extra layer of privacy.|- Snack packs are provided daily for sustenance while wandering Napa/Sonoma.|- The inn is located in the heart of downtown Calistoga, within easy walking distance to several restaurants, and a short drive to many others in St. Helena.|- The main "pro" is the owners, Brent & Chris, who pay attention to detail & truly enjoy engaging with their guests. Other reviewers have mentioned they were made to feel like friends, rather than customers, & I wholeheartedly agree.|Cons:|- It is difficult to come up with any, & with B&Bs my primary choice for lodging, that says it all.

Lovely as always|The wine in the evening was delicious, cheese tasty, and company even better. My room is cozy and classic and has a great warm fire with two chairs to sit and enjoy it. The patio is even nicer as you can see the street but are hidden a bit from it. Also a great wrap around feel that is so pretty in the fall. Walking distance to food and shopping.

We were blown away by the experience and hospitality at Embrace. Thank you to Chris and Brent for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back. In the meantime, we will miss the laughs, great wine/cheese selection and the phenomenal breakfast every morning. Not to mention the gorgeous property, rooms and location overall!

What a wonderful first time stay at Embrace! The hospitality from Brent and Chris was incredible. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and part of their family! We visited Calistoga for a weekend getaway and were really fortunate to have discovered this charming and amazing B&B for our stay. The owners, Chris and Brent were very welcoming and friendly. The room, upstairs Queen, was very nice and comfortable. The gourmet breakfast in the morning was delicious and very satisfying for starting our day. This is was a perfect place and already looking forward to our next visit.

Embrace Calistoga is a beautiful B&B. We were visiting for our anniversary. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and decadent complete with incredible coffee, fresh squeezed juice, homemade baked goods, fruit and main course! ||Our hosts, Chris and Brent, truly made us feel welcome and at home. They were fun, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about the local area, restaurants, wineries, spas, etc. From the moment we arrived, we smiled, laughed and thoroughly enjoyed the care and attention to detail by both Chris and Brent. ||In addition to a magnificent breakfast, there was a daily early evening wine and cheese plate get together. Again, this was replete with wonderful wine, engaging conversation and great fun!||We plan to stay again the next time we visit Calistoga. I would definitely recommend Embrace Calistoga to anyone spending a few days in Napa wine country. It is definitely worth it!!

Chris and Brent are the most fabulous hosts that my husband and I have had the pleasure to meet. The property is centrally located and absolutely perfect. Chris is a great cook and consummate host. Brent is the best side-kick ever. Both gentlemen are communicative, warm, and friendly. We will definitely return to Embrace.
