Best hostel I have ever stayed at, easily. Deserves 6 stars. Cozy, exceptionally clean, and not to mention beautifully decorated. The workers were so friendly, patient, and kind, and everything felt VERY safe and secure, especially as a female solo traveller. I can't wait to come back! This will be my spot of choice any time I am back in Denver.

One of the nicer hostels I've ever stayed at. Hostel has clean bed and showers, overall very cozy feel but still quite spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Met some very cool people while staying there. Lot of people do smoke weed outside, but to be expected in Denver Colorado. Will definitely stay here again if I ever travel by Denver again. If you are very tall the bunks might be a little tight.

The staff at the hostel were kind and helpful. The location is central and close to everything, yet it is a quiet place. Additionally, there are special events organized at the hostel on certain days. However, there are a few things I didn't like: the internet connection is very slow and unreliable. Also, having the check-in time at 3 PM is unreasonable. If we are expected to check out by 11 AM, four hours should be more than enough time to prepare new pillows and bed sheets. If my bed is ready, why do I have to wait? These are things that need improvement. Overall, it's still a good hostel.

I stayed here before having to go to a different less impressive Hostel in Denver. I found it to be excellent. I live outside of Denver but am a CO resident so I am limited to two nights per year only. I understand their policy’s and respect that but if I could have stayed here my whole travels I absolutely would have chosen to. They take great care of the people they are hosting, the location and food around the area is fantastic. And if you are up late at night 7-11 is just a minute away. Thank you for letting me have this experience, I’ll see you again next year for sure. 🙏

If you’re in Denver and looking for alternative stay options, you should definitely consider Ember Hostel! With privacy curtains on their bunks and individual showers, you can have your privacy even in a shared space. This place is the perfect blend of historic charm, cozy comfort, and inclusive community. I had a wonderful stay. All of the staff were great! There are house rules and they are strictly enforced. I felt totally safe as a solo traveler in a big city. Very walkable area! I’m not a hostel girl, but even I felt totally at home here. Best hostel I have stayed in.

Absolutely amazing! The people, atmosphere, staff, volunteers, the beds, the outdoor spaces, EVERYTHING!!! I met some amazing people during my long weekend stay, and will most definitely be returning next time I'm in Colorado! Blake was amazing hosting all the events during my stay! Never staying in a hotel in denver, this place rocks! 😊

I loved staying at Ember Hostel! It's in a great location, and I loved that I could safely park my car here. Everyone was so friendly and the accomodations were well worth the cost. The team was even kind enough to ship me my headphones that I accidentally left behind. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Denver!!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Ember. Best sleep I've ever had at a hostel! We loved the amenities, the private spaces, the shared spaces, and the staff. We stayed in a bunk room in the main house but I think next time I would try the carriage house! It's very close to the main building's kitchen and downstairs bathrooms. Wishing everyone we crossed paths with all the best.
