Just booked the room and instantly regretted it. These rooms are disgusting the service was awful. Arrived late because we live so far so after driving half a day we wanted to come home to a comfortable room. Expectations Of embassy suits are high but not this one. The security guard was just staring at us gave me a creepy vibe than the front office had no one and finally when the guy arrived he gave me my keys but no info on the services here or what time is breakfast ect… finally we get into the room and it has mold, hairs everywhere, cum stains, it smells horrible. This isn’t hotel vibes this is motel vibes. It’s disgusting, horrible and we are very disappointed. Enjoy the nasty photos! Update: 2 nights later we were finally contacted by the manager on site. We had to submit photos and all about the status of the room to corporate. The manager moved us rooms and ensured we were satisfied. The new room is what embassy suits should be. It’s like night and day in the rooms. Major difference the room is fantastic. Finally got some sleep and was able to take a shower without being disgusted. The room went from being in a 1 star room to a 4 star room. Communication is key. And satisfaction and quality guaranteed to the guest stay makes the difference.

This hotel is in serious needs of an upgrade. Apparently, they also have a new policy that only allows guest to have one TV remote. I booked a 2 double bed suite since there were 3 of us ladies sharing the suite. I questioned the front desk staff a couple of times about a 2nd remote but was told we could only have one remote. On the positive side, the staff working during the evening social and breakfast were wonderful. Great service. The staff member at the desk when I checked out was kind enough to listen to my concerns about some minor issues that I encountered during my stay and I really appreciated that. The hotel must have been short on housekeeping staff. Dirty dishes were left on a table near an entrance for at least 24 hours. It also took all day to get clean towels which I did get after a second request.

1st there was no one help us with our family's luggage, thankfully we found a cart though. At check-in the employee had a stain on his shirt & I wasn't told I'd be charged an additional $200 (that would be refunded upon check out). Once stepping into room was surprised how small it was, especially for sleeping 6, and a part of the top of the desk's finish was gone and there wasn't a door to bedroom as described, neither TV would turn on, one's remote wouldn't light up at all. Then we could not believe the door to the restroom was missing!?! The doors in the room were the type that side out of the wall but nope, no doors. I was so upset & called front desk and was told no other rooms available and they would not help find us somewhere else to stay but if we did check out we would have charges returned and we would receive additional compensation. Within an hour we had new reservations at an AirB&B, when we checked out, they were the least bit apologetic but did reverse charges. When I asked about the additional compensation, I was told unless I was a Hilton Rewards member there was nothing he could do for me. We were so much more then pissed & disappointed, just kinda discussed, this hotel was not a 4 star hotel. The carpets were gross, stains on curtains, cabinets hung crooked, and I can't image what else if we'd stayed longer then the hour we did. DO NOT STAY HERE, LOW QUANTITY & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fantastic customer service with Leyla at the front desk- She was very helpful and helped us with our room choice. She went above and beyond what was expected. We also enjoyed the breakfast here. The omelette station is super good. We will stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was friendly so I had a good feeling about this hotel. As soon as we entered the room all that changed. It looked old and run down. The tub was leaking, there were no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. I had to call twice for them to bring us some. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, when I let the front desk know, they just said that they already left for the day (it was early afternoon). We didn't get clean towels. We were told that we would get complimentary breakfast and we arrived at 10am (closes at 10:30am) for it to be mostly gone and never refilled. Just disappointing experience overall. I will not stay here again.

My wife, myself and my adult niece stayed at the property for two nights, Saturday 10/21 and Sunday 10/22. I checked in on-line prior to arrival and stopped at the front desk for our keys. The front desk receptionist was professional and welcoming. When we went up to see our room (#451), we were very disappointed. Not only was it incredibly small, the furniture was old and cracking and the bathroom was as clean as it could be for having such an old shower and the grout was a nasty brown color. However, the worst were the ants - several of them in the shower. When we went back down to reception to speak to Rochelle, she said she would try to move us but would need to speak to her manager, Matt. When she returned, she said the hotel was overbooked and there were no available rooms for us to move. She could accommodate a move for us the following night. Since we had no options, we reluctantly stayed the night. We had to kill many ants that night in the bathroom. The following morning, we spoke to Jamie, and she assured us that a different room would be available for us that evening. When we returned later that afternoon, a bigger room was available so we had to inconveniently re-pack our things and move. That room (#402) was a bigger room and did not have the same issues. However, the following morning, there was a roach on the curtains about 3 feet away from where I was sleeping! I was truly disgusted.||If it wasn't for the incredibly nice and very professional staff you have at this property, we would have left the day we arrived. All the staff we encountered from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the mangers were wonderful. However, the property is horrible and certainly not up to the Hilton standards that I am used to as a Diamond member.

I went with friends. We had an awesome time. Staff was fantastic. One employee in particular (Tiara) was absolutely fabulous. She is what EVERY establishment needs. Extremely professional, funny, a fabulous soul. She operated the bar solo and it was extremely busy (non-stop). She did a fabulous job. Great sense of humor. Guest knew her by name as she knew the guest. Conversation in the bar area was about Ms. Tiara and everyone loves her. I recommend this hotel and stop by to say hi to Tiara and Sandy (another awesome employee). Embassy got it right!

Exceptional service. The front desk lady greeted me with a smile and quickly checked me into a very comfortable. The breakfast menu items were delicious, and the chef made great omelets. Easy entrance from the I-15, but not so great exiting to return to the freeway. It's a shame that the restaurant, MarieCallendar, closed.
