Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield - Hotel in Springfield - 8100 Loisdale Rd, USA

Highly recommend this property! It is GORGEOUS inside and out, very modern and style decor inside. Super clean throughout all areas. The front desk and lobby staff were so friendly, welcoming and informative and check in was a breeze! The rooms are 10/10, very comfortable, spacious and smell impeccable. The bar/restaurant and breakfast are top notch as well. You really do feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. The GM has done a great job with this property and ensuring guests are content throughout the whole experience!

From the moment I pulled into the very neat and spotless parking lot I felt great and said to myself, “This is going to be a good stay!”. When I walked through the sliding doors and entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the two ladies behind the desk. They had beautiful smiles, checked us in quickly, and explained the various amenities that came with the Hotel stay, such as their social hours for the evening and their free breakfast and where it was located, they gave us two free drink passes for the bar, which was very nice, I was satisfied knowing I had selected the right Embassy Suites. When I got off the elevator I noticed how plush, clean, and beautiful the carpet was, the halls were well lit and exceptionally clean. I opened the door to my suite and was pleasantly happy with this room. The living room and kitchen areas were immaculate. The bed and bathrooms were nicely decorated and super clean. This made for a relaxing vacation. The exercise room had state-of-the art equipment and the pool area was quite inviting and I don’t even swim, but hung out there for a while. They also had very nice ball and boardrooms that one could rent out for special events. The cleaning staff was very nice and accommodative I will certainly stay there again if visiting the DC/Virginia area. Thank you Embassy Suites for a memorable and fun stay.

This is a wonderful property, new, shiny, clean, and great amenities. Shower/water pressure was great, we got the room down to mid-60s overnight (great sleeping temps), and very quiet despite location near a major highway. The bar/restaurant area and manager's reception/breakfast area are adjacent but two separate spaces, providing plenty of space for those events. Never felt crowded, easy access to the food, and nice environment. This hotel is about 10 minutes from Mt. Vernon, which is why we chose it, and would stay here again any time we are in the area.

The hotel was beyond great, and so was the service, food, and Cocktails . Our ADA room was excellent. Check in was quick, easy, and thoughtful . We stayed for two nights with our adult daughters booking two rooms. The managers reception was excellent and held at a perfect time. The ladies really work their magic in keeping trays of food coming into the reception area, and keeping it cleaned. The bartender was fantastic. The morning breakfast buffet had everything that you could possibly want and more. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous plenty of seating, and seating of all different types. The patio was very nice too

This was probably the nicest Embassy Suites I've stayed in. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. There was practically no noise coming into the rooms even sitting along I95. The common areas of the hotel were again very clean and spacious. |Breakfast was typical for an Embassy Suites. The staff working the omelets, kitchen stations were very nice. The other staff interactions were also very pleasant at the front desk. We had no issues with out stay and I'd definitely recommend staying here if looking for a hotel in Springfield.

Good location- close to the highway. Also has gas station just across- very convenient before going to the airport. Check INS- very happy that we were able to check into our room early- we arrived there at about 10am. Also, was able to check in via email the day before. Cleanliness- very clean They do need to check iron- there was some kind of grim. When my son ironed his shirt, it stained his shirt but thank goodness it was at the bottom of his shirt. Check out- seamless since we had to leave at 0500- just informed them of our room number. Parking- ours was free due to family reunion and the# if reservation that was made. Continental breakfast- the best! From make your own omelet to hot or cold breakfast. From 5p to 6p- free voucher for cocktail hours. Didn't get to taste cheeses and other appetizers but it look good. As for the cocktails- I had the tequila sunrise and the bartender made it so good!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We spend 2 weeks a month on the road and have stayed at 30+ Embassy Suites Hotels. Absolutely the best Embassy experience we have had. Amazing breakfast. Great Restaurant. Very friendly staff. Rosa in the restaurant took care of us like we were dinning in her home. Needed to extend our stay and there was “no problem dear”. Spotless hotel! 10 out of 10

Outstanding stay in a fabulous hotel. We were not familiar with the area and were a little nervous as we neared the hotel but as soon as we arrived we knew we made the right choice. Hotel is well-maintained and immaculately cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. I really can't say enough and we definitely will be staying here again!
