Our whole stay was really great until checkout. The hotel and room was very nice, reasonably priced, and the majority of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. However, the girl working the front desk at checkout was very rude. I’m not sure what I did, she was very nice to the people in front of me (including a person who actually cut the line in front of me) but when I got up there, she barely spoke a few words to me. Didn’t ask how our stay was like she did everyone else checking out in front of me, not even a thank you. I even said thank you to her at the end, and she responded with “yep”. Everyone else was great, but that girl needs an attitude check.

We spent 5 nights here and it was a great location in proximity to a golf tournament we attended. The made to order breakfasts were great! On our first morning the potatoes tasted weird, kind of a metallic taste, so I didn't eat them, but after that they were fine. The evening reception is stuffed in the back of the restaurant with a makeshift bar which was kind of strange, however Jennifer, the bartender, did a really good job at making the drinks. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the water pressure for the shower. It's very weak but I don't know if it was like that for all rooms or not. The pillows could use replacing too. They have a parking garage which will cost you $10 per day but it was worth it since the temps were in the high 90's. And it is secure so that's nice too.

Awesome stay. The beds were nice and comfy. We enjoyed the Mangers Reception with snacks and drinks. Then we ate at the restaurant on site, a little pricey, but we were too tired to drive anywhere else. The AC was controlled, but the temperature of the room was comfortable. The breakfast was great. They had my favorite yogurt parfait made up, always my favorite but not always available, so I was glad to see it. It was a short and sweet stay.

Spent a ton of nights with various hotels the past 25 years and I have never had such a great breakfast. The bacon 🥓 is epic. Hope they never substitute this! Staff were so friendly. Comfortable rooms. Only thing that didn’t work was the wireless charger next to the bed. Otherwise terrific stay.

The room wasn’t great. The shower leaked constantly and left a puddle on the floor. The couch caves in. The chair is disgusting. No hair dryer in the room. There was a convention staged in the main lobby which was very inconvenient for guests. Breakfast , no matter what time we went, was a madhouse, and very crowded. Half of the lights and outlets didn’t work. Good things- the pool was nice. The location is good. Breakfast tasted good. We stay with Hilton’s often, and this will not be one that we visit again.

Such a great value! So clean and quiet. Great rooms. Very comfortable. Loved having the parking garage. The evening reception was a wonderful surprise. Will absolutely be staying here again!

It’s very unsettling to read in the reviews that guests here have gotten bed bugs. In the reviews it shows it’s been a consistent problem. The manager should look up the reviews that say bed bugs and figure out which room it is that is causing this problem at an otherwise exceptional hotel. It’s probably ONE ROOM and the manager should make treating this room a #1priority. We were freaked out by these reviews. Please address this problem. Future guests: you should always list the room number you had a problem with to help other guests and make it more likely management addresses the problem with a specific room. The hotel is lovely but there should never have been more than one review saying bed bugs. That is a fail by management as this is a #1priority in a hotel. We were worried about this the whole stay due to seeing management had not addressed these 3 reviews from the past 6 months. Room was nice. Carpets and all floors in our room were dirty. Breakfast very nice.

We stayed for a quick overnight trip. We quite literally only slept there, woke up, had breakfast and left. They had us pay a $30 incident fee when checking in. They said we would be fully refunded for it after we checked out as long as there was no damage. We were only refunded $20 which I thought was funny because like I said we quite literally only slept there. We didn’t even use a single towel. We were there for less than 10hrs. Definitely didn’t do any damage. The breakfast was good though.
