We had such a great stay. What a wonderful property. The location was great for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast and happy hours were a very nice addition to our stay. Didn't have to worry about one of our meals plus we could swing by for a drink before heading out for the evening. I loved that they had daily room housekeeping for our room. This is the first place I've stayed since COVID where I've had that. No need to worry about getting more towels or anything! I just love coming back to refreshed room after a busy day! We also did utilize the kitchenette and fridge. We had 3 people so additional space in a suite was great! I actually slept on the pull out. I was skeptical about comfort but I slept well and did not notice in the morning that I was stiff from the bed. And I love to have a comfortable bed! It helped that the pillows were also very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Service was a great and it was a walkable distance for us. We did do some other things and had a car (parking fees-but anywhere in this area will charge you). The ramp and getting in and out was super easy at the hotel as well.

Stayed for the Harris/Walz rally in Savannah last night. The place was great. By great, I mean beautiful. And, the breakfast was awesome. Omelet was perfect and when I needed anything, the employee, Blue, was there for us in a flash. Highly recommend.

Blue was awesome. The staff has so much hospitality. The hotel is great. The food was delicious. Rooms are clean. There is alot of space in the lobby for gathering with others. We were able to use the space to play cards and have a family meeting.

The front desk agent, Marc, was great. Very helpful and made a great impression. |Rooms were a little dated but large and clean. The housekeeping crew was polite and did a great job. |The breakfast buffet is fresh and offers a lot of choices. |And finally, the bartender, Alberto, was a highlight. He is attentive and pays attention to his customers, offers suggestions and remembers drinks, names, preferences. Alberto shared a lot of Savannah history and made all the patrons feel included, like a neighborhood bar. Def go and see him.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked into our room with three small children around 6pm on a Saturday. It took a long time. We got to our suite room and the odor of mildew and mold was offensive. Like, could not breathe. I had an instant migraine and congestion it was so bad. My husband went back to the front desk to let them know. They said they had no more rooms available. The only thing they could do for us was a “complimentary room refresh”. I’m unsure how they planned on cleaning mold and mildew from the room with such short notice. So in other words they were going to spray some air freshener and call it good. We said no thank you and asked what else they could do for us: to which they said “nothing.” They said we had to take it up with the vendor we booked with. I’m not sure what the 3rd party booking company has to do with their lack of ability to provide a clean room. Extremely disappointing they would throw us out on the street with nowhere to stay with three small children and no answers for how they would make up for their pathetic hotel. I spoke with another guest while we were waiting in the lobby who said they had been locked out of their room three times since they arrived that afternoon. We attempted to find a new hotel which were all astronomically priced with such late notice. All while trying to explain to our small children why we had to get in the car again after driving 18 hours in two days. Please do not waste your time booking this hotel. You will be disappointed.

The hotel itself was nice overall except for a few issues that I am unable to overlook. At check in with the after hour staff the staff member was very rude and terse as if him doing his job was a significant inconvenience. Second big issue was the ac in the room. It's so loud and it's right next to the head of the bed. Informed staff on the first day and they stated they would have it addressed. On the second night no change. Several of my colleagues reported similar issues. Reported upon check out with no concern exhibited by staff. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.

Great hotel! Service was great and rooms were clean. I enjoyed the free drinks and light snacks. Bar was a little crazy during Happy hour but drinks were worth the wait.

Pros - The rooms are pretty spacious. Breakfast had a nice selection and there's a tablet to order your custom omelet and pancakes, which was very cool! Cons - Rooms could use renovation. It's a few blocks away from the restaurants and past a residential area with boarded up windows/doors. Front desk service (Marq) was excellent! He was professional, attentive, and very helpful! I did have a negative experience during the Evening Reception. I went early to grab a drink at the bar to take upstairs before the crowd. Stephanie was the bartender who made my drink only for my 10 month old to swat it to the ground. She made me another one, but was full of attitude. She handed me a towel to clean up the mess myself. I obliged and wiped off the bar table. As we were leaving, there was ONE napkin left behind and she yells "Not even gonna clean up your trash?!" and snatches the tip I left. I immediately reported her to management, took the kid upstairs, then returned to the bar to see if her energy would be the same (this time I was ready for her!). Thankfully, her attitude was adjusted. But all that was completely uncalled for. Accidents happen; regardless of the situation, you don't treat your customers that way. Get out of the service industry if you can't maintain your composure.

What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - it’s big and comfortable and, if you ask, they’
