We have stayed at this hotel twice this month. While it is a great stopping point for us. Rooms were clean on both stays. Both times we had the same check in lady who didn’t give you the feeling that we were welcome. I thought she was very unfriendly. Oh she did her job fine but wanted to be elsewhere. I asked if the bar had food this evening because last time it wasn’t. Her reply was” well, they haven’t told me it wasn’t open”! Unless they tell me otherwise. So we go down to have dinner at the bar and it was closed for food, only wine & beer and happy hour snacks. Not what we expected. So we went to get something to eat. No big deal. However when you expect something to be open and it isn’t. Disappointing. Leaving this morning we had a very nice lady at the front desk, Jeannie. Will we stay their again, yes we will.
My stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport offered a blend of positives and negatives. The front desk service was exceptional, with the lady at reception being particularly friendly and helpful. Her warm welcome set a great tone for the stay.
The room itself was impressively spacious and emitted a pleasant scent, contributing positively to the overall ambiance. I appreciated the cleanliness and presentation of the bed, which was well-made and inviting.
However, the state of the bathroom was a significant downside. It seemed to have been missed by the housekeeping staff, with evident signs of uncleanliness. There were hairs on the floor that clearly did not belong to me, varying in color and length, which was quite concerning. This lack of attention to cleanliness in the bathroom deterred me from using the shower, impacting my overall experience.
So, while Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport shines in areas like customer service and room comfort, the oversight in bathroom cleanliness was a notable letdown. This aspect of the service requires urgent attention to ensure a fully satisfactory guest experience.
I forgot to mention I did feel very safe here. IT IS MINIMAL COMMUTE TO TÁNGER OUTLET.
Great location, other than the constant sound of airplanes coming in and departing. The rooms were decent. The layout was a bit funky- hard to maneuver based on how the doors opened and the tightness of the room. The service was good. Upon arrival, I was able to get checked in within 10 mins, but there was quite a line formed behind me and only one lady working the desk. She seemed to be overwhelmed. The breakfast was spectacular; hardly any lines at all. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t allow food trays to be taken up to the room, so I had to make a couple of trips up and back to bring breakfast food for my family.
I found several items ‘out’, such as coffee creamer, forks, etc., but upon finding assistance, was given what I needed quickly.
The hotel was a bit more dated than other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed out, but overall, a nice stay.
While the hotel itself is much nicer than your typical “right off I-95” option, I’m a bit disappointed. I booked this hotel specifically because I knew that after a very long day in the car on a solo road trip with my dog, I needed a decent place to crash that had a restaurant/food option inside so I did not have to travel back out with my dog for more fast food. I paid more for the Embassy Suites as they boasted about their lobby restaurant and room service offerings. Around 6pm when I arrived, I could not find any information about getting food in the room and the restaurant counter in the lobby looked closed, so I called the room service number only to be told that there is not even a chef and therefore no food is served here. That’s a pretty big amenity and no warning was given ahead of time or even at check in. Not sure if it was a one time issue or longer term but just pretty annoyed that I had to wrangle my dog back into the car and go find food.
Otherwise the hotel was a good stay, the staff was friendly and my room very clean which I appreciate.
Great hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lobby space is just like one would expect in a well kept Embassy - grand, clean, and finishes that are not worn looking. Room was the same way. Great breakfast, hotel is 2 minutes off of I 95, and parking is free. What more could one ask for? Would you tell me?
We arrived on Saturday evening about 6:30pm. Our plans were to shower, sleep and leave by 7am for a drive North. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Check in was easy, asked for extra towels to be delivered to the room and they were, immediately. ||||As with Embassy Suites, it’s a 2 room suite. The bathroom was large with newer quality towels which was nice! We had a desk area, refrigerator, couch, 2 TV’s, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible, the AC worked well, the room was quiet. Lots of parking was a plus since we had 2 SUV’s and a large UHaul that took up 4 spots, parking was well lit and we felt safe. ||||As far as the hotel, the lobby bar seemed a happening place, they have a pool. Fitness room, breakfast area, and a nice lobby with high ceilings. For 1 night, it fit our needs. I would be more critical if I was staying for longer. ||||Convenient and the right price.
Best Embassy Suite experience ever! Our check-in experience was excellent. She has such a great personality. The banquet staff had it down hood. The food was great at our couples' retreat. The best part is the social reception. The rooms were at the right temperature when we walked in. That's always a plus. We shall return.
After driving about 7 hours, the wife and I were looking for a place with a bed and perhaps a shower. This hotel offered much more than that, we felt special as we walked in on the red mat. The complimentary food and drink was a plus, if you stay there getting your made to order omelet is a must.

Only disappointment is this Resort is smaller in size, no pool or hot-tub, but you are in the heart of downtown. Walked around and saw so many places I want to eat I will have to come back for a longer stay. My only disappointment: No drawers for clo
Very happy with our stay (2-nights). Entire facility recently renovated. Rooms and lobby all brand new with modern features. Nice breakfast options. Conveniently located just inside gate 1 of HAAF. Beds and soft sheets felt great. Great value for
Room confusion. System errors. Double booked. Roaches. Maintenance came by willing to spray after two notifications but said I had to leave for at least 6 hours. Oh my God this place is the worst. Looks clean but it is not. Room service also doesn't
The hotel is located in an old river front building. Old brick interior walls, wood floors, and period furniture. Very comfortable, lux bedding. Wonderful shower, too. The managers cocktail party was a plus. Great drinks and food. Rooms are a little
We booked this hotel for a last-minute night in Savannah and it was perfect for a quick getaway. It is a quick walk down to the river where there are several shops and restaurants and we enjoyed strolling along the river after dinner. The hotel felt
This is our second stay at a TRU hotel and it was again SUPERB! It's our new favorite hotel to stay at instead of the Hamptons by Hilton.... This location was clean and had an incredibly inviting vibe.. My room was super clean and the AC worked aweso
One of my favorite hotels in the area to stay! It was clean, smelled great and the customer service was 1000!! Seth was so accommodating, and the check in was quick! One thing I didn't like, which had nothing to do with the hotel, was the water/sewer
I really enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Brice this past weekend. Right off the bat, the valet and the ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming! It was a busy weekend at the Kimpton, and the staff really handed it well and with smiles on their
Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T

Great place to stay. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be a better mattress in our room. You are literally so close to a perfect review, but the mattresses need improvement!
We were visitors at this studio for the day during our trip to Savannah. We absolutely loved the spaciousness of the lobby and the studio. They had the new treads. The rowers are closer together than some other studios but the floor was super spaciou
I was just here for the first time this afternoon. I was welcomed by âAliceâ who knows much about the history within the exhibits. Immediately upon entering, you witness wall to wall military artifacts of various theaters. The nice feature about
What a great way to end the tour of the American Prohibition Museum. The bartender was so friendly and interactive with all of us in the bar. We had a fun experience with Malört and toasting to my birthday. The two cocktails(Sidecar & French 75) we
Friendly service and great food. I ordered the Curried Goat with fried dumplings and peas and rice. The goat was perfectly seasoned and tender and the rice was some of the best I've had. It was my first time having fried dumplings and they are quite
