Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs - Hotel in Saratoga Springs - 86 Congress St, USA

Perfect location to downtown Saratoga! Walking distance to all the shops, Congress park, numerous restaurants, and more! We stayed in a king suite with two little kids and it was spacious and nicely situated with actual doors (not just doorways) to block off the bedroom from the living room area. Clean and updated! Nice facilities too with their indoor pool and breakfast area. Would stay again!

Our room at this fine hotel was nice and comfortable. The bed was a bit lumpy but we slept well. The central location gave us nice access to the local college and to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The price for our room was a bit high, but the location was perfect! And it was Labor Day weekend!

Outstanding overall! We were very pleasantly surprised….We thought we would be pleased, but the facility is fairly new, immaculately kept and clean. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, the main areas were beautiful and well maintained, the breakfast was outstanding- you could want for nothing! The location is great, two blocks walking distance to Broadway, everything was outstanding. If I could complain about anything, the staff was less than enthused in greeting us when we arrived and really any other time we visited the front desk or bar/ restaurant, but that is picking, we would stay again and again, highly recommend!!!

Very nice accommodations. Rooms are due for upgrading but overall quality is good.|Has higher marks due to very nice resturant and bar. Breakfast is a treat with a delicious "Omelette" station. Mastered by a great cook Rhaheim. Staff throughout facility are "top notch"! This is right in the heart of Sarasota Springs with many dining options within the immediate area. Close to everything.|Would recommend.

WOW! This is the absolute best Hilton hotel we have stayed and the only place I would stay in Saratoga. Right in the heart of Saratoga!! As soon as we walked in, every staff member we encountered made eye contact, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. This is NOT a given in the hotel industry and took us by surprise in a good way. At check in I requested the pull out be made up for our son. Housekeeping was there within 5 minutes with clean linens and a thick mattress topper. I also noticed immediately the A/C had a block on it so I could not get it to my preferred 68 for sleeping. (common and annoying in Hiltons). No problem in this hotel!! As soon as we returned to the room from dinner an hour later, the room was a cool and comfortable 68 and stayed that way the entire 3 days. Tabitha in the Diamond Club was excelled. The chef making fresh made to order breakfast greeted us and was so pleasant. Whoever is training their staff gets a Gold Star for hiring people who understand the hospitality industry and are happy with their jobs. Thank you Embassy Suites.

Our 1 bedroom King suite was spacious, shower was great, complete with wet bar/mini fridge/microwave but no dishes or silverware. Breakfast buffet was awesome - lots of variety, omelet chef was the best! Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, bartenders were friendly. Good selection of weights and cardio equipment in the gym. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. Overall a nice hotel, conveniently located with free parking and a short walk to Broadway.

This was my first time staying on an Embassy Suites property, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! I like the Hilton brand, and this line did not disappoint. All rooms are suites and identical from what I understand. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We used the ballroom for an event, and the staff was ultra attentive to our needs. The place runs like a well-oiled machine (thank you Kim!). Breakfast is included with your stay. And what a breakfast it is! Be sure to have Chef make you one of his delicious made-to-order omelettes. The breakfast is top notch Also included are two free drinks at their bar, each night. They also put out a snack spread in the bar area every night. The food menu is large, and the food is surprisingly delicious. The property has a pool and a fitness room, as well as a business center. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Saratoga Springs, and I would definitely consider the line when travelling in other cities.

Excellent location just off the main stretch of downtown Saratoga, also has one of the better bar/restaurants attached to a hotel in the area. Rooms and public areas are all well maintained and very clean. Only issue was the noise from hvac system in the room vibrated through the floor and bed and made it nearly impossible to fall asleep, as it was a hot summer as well it was on for a good part of the night.
