My husband and I always visit the Embassy Suites when there’s one available. We are here on business in Tempe, Arizona and they did not disappoint. The breakfast was outstanding the next morning. Frederick was a greater and cleaned off the tables. He was magnificent. He made me and everyone in the building feel welcomed. This guy should definitely get a raise and promotion because he is good for the company. He went out of his way, not only for us, but for anyone who came into the restaurant for breakfast. He was well versed in his job and happy to be here! We will definitely come back to this location again. The rooms are large and spacious. This is an older Embassy, but the place is well kept. Only suggestion I have, they need to replace the bathroom with just a walk in shower.

Would really Help if they performed regular routine maintenance on things like air filters and air conditioners, so they actually cooled to a point where it was below 75° and drains would work properly. Otherwise rooms are okay. Staff is friendly and Helpful. the restaurant was nice. Breakfast was a little better than okay. Omletts were the highlight, good variety of options. Pastry was fresh but looked better than It was. Better than average. Definitely better than most places. The grounds could use some improvement like the grass areas would be nice if they had thick grown in lawn but it's patchy thin and not visually appealing and doesn't feel good in your feet either. Pool pretty good though the water was a bit warm to be refreshing but that's AZ for you. Good amount of ice machines. Overall pretty good. One major drawback is the old dated air conditioning units. Good water pressure and hot water. Evening reception is a bonus but get there early because the snacks go fast.

Diane at the bar made the whole visit worth it! Diane made the celebration for my friends grand baby exceptional!! A little sad they are very strict on pool hours even when everyone being quit and enjoying themselves. But, I get it! Love Hilton Properties

Do not stay at this Hilton property. The hotel itself is dated and dusty. The management is terrible. We realized the day we returned that a drawer full of clothing had been left behind. We called the next day...No returned calls, I had to continue to call. Finally over a week later I get a manager on the phone, our items "are not on property" So the cleaning crew either stole our belongs or threw them out. Not returned to lost and found. An entire drawer of clothing. They did not care at all. BEWARE not a trustworthy establishment. HILTON do better!

Good rooms but the digital key wouldn't work and the kind staff helped us get a normal key. At night the traffic sounded like air-con and it wasn't too loud and I had a great sleep. The staff were kind, breakfast was good and the rooms were nice and clean and had nice touches of artwork. The pool and hot tub was nice but the water was heated saltwater. Overall the stay was great and I felt it was a great start to my road trip.

I have been staying with the Embassy Suites in different states since the mid-80s. The first clue that this specific Embassy Suites on Rural was way below par was when I checked it. This embassy suites up-saled the cost of my room by $46 a night. And, because I was not aware of this additional fee and I was checking in, there was no other arraignments I could make. Embassy Suites on Rural held us hostage with the payment. My second negative experience was sitting at the bar, paying my own tab, which included dinner. The prices at this ES Rural were prices for food in drink in Nashville, or the strip in Vegas. The bartender way under poured drinks, while charging $16 for it. Third, and final straw: I purchased a non-alcoholic drink and ice cream from the front desk. No big deal. Until I received the charge of $8. Ohhh, I almost forgot, you get charged a parking fee too if you have a car. I highly recommend staying elsewhere until ES Rural is under new management

We were in Phoenix for a night to see Hamilton at ASU. My biggest mistake was booking at this particular Embassy. Embassy has always been the gold standard and we've always had amazing service. The date was 6/27/24, one of the hottest days in Phoenix. I checked into the room, noticing the room was hot. I turned the thermostat down and left to see Hamilton. After returning more than 5 hours later, the room was still hot. I walked down to the front desk and told them my issue. I was informed the hotel was booked up completely and then offered box fans?!?!?! I declined and asked for a refund, and the man agreed. So I checked myself and my daughter out and drove over 2 hours home at midnight the same night. Fast forward I contacted Ticketmaster to issue a refund and was informed the property refused. Such tacky business practice. All I was asking for was at least a room with working AC in one of the hottest cities in the US right now! This is not the standard for Embassy Suites!!!!!
