Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany - Hotel in Parsippany-Troy Hills - 909 Parsippany Blvd, USA

(Spent 2 nights here 3rd floor.) The good- Staff are amazing and helpful. Jason is awesome at his job. Pretty quiet overall. Breakfast was pretty good. Sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, soda, milk, juice. Pretty much anything you want is there. People complaining on here about breakfast surprises me. The lobby (atrium?) is a huge garden with paths, seating, a stream, fountains, gazebo, etc. Really something. I think the pool was closed. The rest? Nothing horrible from my stay but a few things could be better. Paying for parking kinda sux. No seating outside. Morning coffee and smokes time was annoying. How about at least a bench? Carpet along the landing was ripped and not looking good OR safe. Trip and fall is possible so watch your step. Several areas of carpet along the landing was lifted, bubbled or just not laying correctly. It really needs fixed before someone gets hurt. Attention to details with cleaning needs to be a bit more elevated. The inside of the elevators had splatters of something all over the walls. The room has smears and splatters of goodness knows what on the artwork. The entire place smelled nice, but they definitely need to go a bit harder on the cleaning details. Still giving them 5 stars. I'll be staying again probably in the next few weeks. Great stay overall.

So Jason at the front desk was AMAZING and was very personable and professional. He provided our family with a list of restaurants in area and suggested the hotel restaurant as well. Huge religious convention going on so hotel was extremely packed and as we did not have a reservation we had to accept the rooms available to us. That was fine. We ate in the hotel and the server/manager only person working was GREAT. Food was decent but this man who worked it was right on point. He delivered food, took orders and bussed the tables. All on his own. My complaints would be the following: NOTHING WITH THE STAFF.all were professional and helpful. However, two towels in a room that sleeps four? NO! Couldn’t bother to ask for more because desk was closed. Lamp not working and to be honest for 200 bucks a night not worth it. Room was dirty . We just needed a place to sleep after many many hours on the road but this was truly the most outdated and unkempt embassy suites we have ever stayed in. Elevator not working. Breakfast was not good and should have been a sign to us when there was NOT one person in line for the egg station. Overall I’m sad to say that we always love embassy suites but it is clearly time for them to redo this property and clean it up

Very old, worn, and dated location. The rooms and common areas suffer from poor upkeep and neglect. We were there for an event, and everyone in our group had the same complaints, everywhere smelled of mold and mildew. Some rooms actually had mold in the bathrooms. Our room's air conditioning worked well but sounded like a leaf blower at night. The staff was mostly apathetic and, at times, borderline rude. This is definitely below standards for the chain. I would strongly discourage anyone from going there unless there is no other option.

Naomi at the front desk far exceeded our expectations. Her friendliness and hospitality is unmatched. She was so kind to my family and had superior service! What an amazing asset to the staff. Free breakfast, large rooms and a pool made the stay enjoyable for a family.

I have stayed here twice, admitting that might be the best review a guy can leave. You get a lot a nice things staying there, but you pay for them. The pool OOC, and the parking needs to be paid for. |There is a mall to park in across 46, with good sandwiches. |For the most part the website gives a accurate description of what to expect. Near as I can tell it is a clean and safe place. 3 stars, is because I think you are getting what you expect.

I only gave 5 stars because that's as high as I could go. It's not the newest hotel around but its quality, cleanliness and staff make up for that. The center hallway balconies that overlook the atrium with large trees and waterfalls made you feel like you were on vacation. The chef came out to our table. Talked about the menu, The bar staff was top notch and classy, every single employee was clearly trained and hired for their personality. I booked my business meeting with Jessica B. and she was accommodating beyond what would expect. Checked in with each guest, Confirmed every detail was correct along the way. I cannot thank this staff enough..

The staff of this hotel were fantastic! They were very responsive and helpful in the planning of our event, and during our group's stay. The food and services were very good. Unfortunately, the HVAC system wasn't working properly. Many of our guests' rooms were impacted, including my own. While my room was tolerable, one of our guests left early because after 9 hours, the temperature in the room was still 80 degrees. Further, only one elevator in each of the two banks was functional. There were several group events at this hotel, so this impeded movement. Frankly, the owner(s) of the hotel should be ashamed that they put their employees in the difficult position of having to run interference for the owner's failures. That's why only 3 out of 5.||If you're planning an event, I suggest that you verify that the hotel infrastructure is working.

The hotel is beautiful. Great, quick service when requested. |Stunning lobby, comfy beds.|Great location! Was close to shopping and attractions we were looking for.|1 drawback, a 24 oz sports cap water was almost $8 at the gift shop! Very steep!
