Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort - Extended stay hotel in Panama City Beach - 16006 Front Beach Rd, USA

Marilyn procured us a lovely room on a level we love! Thank you! We are traveling for 4-5 weeks so are thankful Bryce was willing to help us get our extensive amount of luggage to our room. The room was more than spacious enough to hold our many bags and suitcases. The location here by the beach and other amenities is perfect for us. We can walk to many activities.The valet car parker Will was so gracious. We are in good hands in a good place. Now to go enjoy our complimentary adult beverage!

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff is very friendly. I took off one star because we came there for a funeral and I chose Hilton because, with my Hilton honor awards, I've never had a problem checking in early. This time they told me I couldn't do it and they would call me when the room was ready. I can understand staffing shortages that can cause delays. Since I've been in the industry most of my life. We waited and waited and no call. We finally went to check and the room was ready. I was shocked they didn't call. It caused us to be extremely rushed for an already hard event. Besides that, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very attentive during our stay. The ladies at breakfast and the bartender were amazing. The location is perfect for Pier Park. It was nice to be within walking distance of everything. ***Just a quick note. We got the patio suite instead of a view because we have a pet and I wanted to be able to go out easily to walk the dog. They don't allow pets in that area so it was a waste of patio for us with it being cold out. Just FYI.

The hotel was perfect. Everything was extremely clean and nice. The employees were so kind. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool area, bar, and the places to hang out… especially the outdoor areas. The location was great. We were in walking distance of so many things. We had a small billing issue, but I think that’s been corrected.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and well kept. I asked one of the employees when the hotel was built, he said 7 months ago. Which makes sense because everything in the room and throughout the hotel looks brand new and in mint condition. The hotel is located in the boardwalk, so it’s within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. It’s also beachfront. Great location, we got the best of both worlds, beach and restaurants! Oh and the hotel has this amazing flowery smell, it smelled amazing lol the staff was extremely friendly and helpful too! Fantastic stay!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here, we truly were so over PCB until this trip. It felt like we were at a resort somewhere other than PCB we never even needed to leave and if we did the walk to pier park and to the beach was literally minutes it’s worth every. single. penny.. the most friendly staff and the vallet was top tier the hustle and kindness was amazing. Bryce did a fantastic job! If you are wanting to restore your faith in PCB this truly is the place to come!

I will never stay at this hotel again. The main reason we chose the hotel was to take my 5 year old swimming. We check in at sundown and was told the pool was closed. We had to spend more money on resort pass to go to another hotel and swim. Jennifer text and ask if I'm happy with my room and told her yes but I was disappointed about the pool. Jennifer responded by reciting the pool hours. I was told the deposit was $100 and they took $150. They force you to pay for parking and valet with no other option. When I asked if we could park anywhere else the valet guy said " This is a valet hotel" .....so snoody! I'd rather stay somewhere down to earth.

The property was very dirty. Upon my arrival, I discovered hair in the shower, hair on the night stand, the floors looked like they were not cleaned (especially in the bathroom), and there was makeup on the hand towel. The property also had trash littered throughout (cigarette butts, wrappers, plastic cups, and general waste). There was a dirty plate with food on it left in the hallway for hours on the first floor (I witnessed multiple employees walked by the dirty plate and leave it there). The air conditioning in the units were ineffective, and the rooms remained hot. When we checked out, there were not any luggage carts available, and there was only one person working checkout on a Sunday. Not impressed especially when paying a resort fee. Nice try but a swing and a miss for this hotel. Update: Two weeks later and I have still not received a follow-up call from property management or Hilton. They also incorrectly charged an order at the bar. After multiple attempts of trying to speak with management to obtain a copy of the receipt, a phone call was made to AMEX. Very disappointed. I will NEVER return to this property.

Ashton at the desk was able to accommodate an early check in for us and get us in before a storm. The rooms were amazing. We even got a firework show! Breakfast was amazing latanya at breakfast was very sweet when our kids had a spill! Already booked for a birthday trip again next week!!!!!! Loved it!
