Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North - Hotel in Altamonte Springs - 225 Shorecrest Dr, USA

I volunteered at a nearby obedience dog trial and felt this was a good location for restaurants, shopping and walking the dog. It was perfect!||First, the two-room suite was so spacious. I was able to get ready early in the AM without disturbing my husband. Second, nice pool and exercise center. Third, great free breakfast—do I have your attention at fresh, made-to-order omelettes? Fourth, ample free parking, and fifth, a gorgeous dog-friendly park right outside the hotel’s entrance where you can walk around the lake and get a mile’s worth of exercise and see lots of ducks and birds.

Good location but they closed the atrium and the pool so the kids had no where to hang out. Was looking forward to a relaxing evening in the hot tub. Will likely choose a different hotel next time. In addition, when we checked in, the lady wrote the wrong room number and we had to drag luggage throughout the whole place. No one even apologized or offered to help with luggage.

I spent a week here at the embassy and loved every moment of it. It had a beautiful view overlooking Crane’s Roost and was in such a fun area. A friend from the area and I spent a lot of time just at and around the hotel and never seemed to run out of things to do, with the pool and the restaurant and evening reception, as well as just the lovely walk around the park right outside. This place is great if you’re looking to visit Orlando or locations around it but don’t want to get caught up in the drama of city traffic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and quick to jump to do anything we needed assistance with. The lobby, rooms and facilities were all very clean and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience here, and it added so much to my trip.

Although I wouldn't say I liked the Palmview side but i enjoyed everything else. I love the breakfast and restaurant. The ambiance is second to none. I will be back for sure.|Honors members should be given a better view, especially if they'd like to.||Lovely Hotel I would recommend it to my family and friends

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The area was great & the room was beautiful & really clean. All the theme parks & aquariums were in a reasonable distance as well. We also loved all the wildlife out by the lake. We enjoyed feeding the squirrels peanuts & the ducks & birds bread. There were lots of great restaurants around & plenty places to shop & poke around in. I am happy & honored to be a Hilton Honors member. Really looking forward to coming back here. Thank you!! 🙂

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this location. The staff, including housekeeping, was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with the made-to-oder omelets. I had a tasty burger from Omaha Steakhouse on-site. I will definitely stay here again and refer my visiting family/friends to this hotel.

It was an enjoyable stay. I just didn’t have enough time to use the whirlpool. I do really like the Embassy suites brand. Cool old-school atrium style hotel. I might decide to stay at another one tonight! The thing that would make them better is if they all had Starbucks

I have both good and bad to say about this hotel. The building is nice and the rooms are quite large. The breakfast was fabulous and the location was great. It gets noisy in the evenings with tons of children playing in the lobby and running through the halls. The big problem was with our room. There must have been a leak in the bathroom ceiling which was badly repaired with a piece of metal that was falling down. The bathroom had black mold and the room smelled moldy causing me to have bad asthma as I'm allergic to mold. That particular room should not be used! I checked in late evening but never should have stayed in that room as it adversely affected my health. I did tell someone at the front desk the next day and she offered to send engineering up. That would not have been a solution as they could not remove mold that fast.
