This is a very nice hotel with clean rooms, clean pool and hot tub and a delicious breakfast. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The boys enjoyed the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. The bartender at the bar area was very nice. We stayed in a double queen suite and it was clean. Some of the furnishings are getting a little worn and in the next few years will need some renovation- but this was a great hotel in an area we felt safe and the employees made it a five star for me and my family.

The staff are always helpful. I don’t think we good find anything negative about the embassy suites.....Love the happy hour! This was my review 5 years ago, here’s my update! 5 year follow up, several things have changed since my last review. For one, they charge $12 a day to park at the hotel you’re staying at.?When we pulled in, fresh broken glass through out, even saw a guy taping up his window after a break in. The funny part about this is, you pay $12 and they post a sign stating “customer parking. Customer assumes all risk”. That is some shady crud, you pay $12 a day to get your car broken into. Management of this place has gone down hill….how could they allow that. Additionally, as soon as we walked into our room, you’re hit with a musty and smoke odor. It’s giving me a headache! The hotel is non smoking but clearly we are in a smoking room, hell there was a cigarette burn on the couch! As gold members at embassy we are supposed to have two bottles of water and a salty snack, waiting for us in the room, not there of course. Kinda dreading this stay. Need this hotel to go back in time 5 years ago!

The evening social is fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time, sad we weren’t able to stay until breakfast because it also sounds amazing. 100% recommend, we will be visiting again.

Great customer service by the entire staff. My only wish is that they would enforce a rule that parents should be responsible for serving any child 10 and under at the breakfast buffet. We observed kids making absolutely total messes at the buffet with no accountability.

Great staff! Amare, Joesph and Macy and the breakfast area were great. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location near all the shops is ideal. The rooms are very clean but in need of a remodel. Once that is done you’re 5 stars across the board.

Great for a birthday party. Girls had a blast and the pool was fun. Definitely need a worker popping in to check pool because we had 6 teenagers that were running and jumping in all the time and not watching other kids in pool. Daughter also had to tell them they need to be careful because they almost jumped on her son. The adults with them wouldn't say anything. But great place. Everyone was so nice and breakfast was amazing!

Positive: The lobby and friendliness of the staff surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was fantastic-hats off to the ladies at the omelet station! Everything was cooked perfectly. The location of the hotel is near many restaurants and shopping places. Negative: The hotel rooms are a little outdated. There are no USB ports, so be sure to bring your charging cubes. The suites are large and spacious.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff is always friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The hotel decor, lighting and beds do need some updating though. Otherwise, it’s a great location and we will continue staying here when we are back in town.
