Can't say enough about how amazing this hotel is. The rooms are nice, very clean and serviced daily. BUT THE STAFF is hands down the best. Not a single person I met was not top notch. They treated me like family the entire time I was here and made this stay something I will remember for quite awhile. Shuttle to Broadway was spot on, breakfast and servers are great. Never fear, when in Nashville looking to be close to the action but far enough to have a great stay, stay here! Thank you to EVERYONE at this hotel for being the best!
This Embassy Suite exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff, setting the tone for a memorable stay. One of the standout features of this hotel was its impeccable cleanliness. Every corner of the suite was spotless, and the attention to detail was truly remarkable. It was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary drinks and social hour. The hotel goes above and beyond by offering a selection of free drinks during a designated time each day. It was a fantastic opportunity to mingle with fellow guests and colleagues and enjoy a refreshing beverage or two. This added amenity truly elevated my stay and made me feel valued as a guest. The staff at the Five Star Embassy Suite deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. They were consistently attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any concerns, their professionalism and friendliness were consistently top-notch.
Sheila, I'm not sure if I am spelling her name correctly, however her and her management staff are outstanding. They are what customer service standards are built upon. I had a medical emergency preventing me from making my stay, I attempted to cancel the day prior and the person I spoke to was no help. The day of I was still feeling the effects of my sedation, knowing it would not be safe for me to travel, I called in hopes someone could help and Sheila did. I am beyond thankful. If upper management reads these reviews please recognize Sheila and her staff for their compassion.
Would stay here again! The staff was amazing! The convenience of being close enough to downtown, yet not too close was absolutely perfect. The staff in the restaurant, Matthew and Hannah are top notch. Bill the shuttle driver was super nice too. Many things within walking distance.
The ONLY thing that was lacking at this hotel is parking. Only take a compact car, go sloooowww and you will be fine. We took our truck and it was like trying to thread a needle driving around the parking 🤣. ||This hotel is a gem and restored my faith in Hilton. Polite employees, extremely clean and accommodating. They have a managers reception and breakfast was so good! The shuttle service was a perk and the driver Tony was fabulous. Not very close to music row but again, take the shuttle, take Tony’s awesome advice and let him do the driving!||
So this review is complex. Family vacation in Nashville and there’s a lot to like with this hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms, best hotel breakfast ( shout out to food staff which was excellent) and location not far from the downtown area. Happy hour was good…sangria and adult Koolaid recommended.||Where this place struggled IMHO is communication and front desk staff. They had one front desk person (Grace) who was on her game, but everyone else was lacking. Case in point…we mentioned more than once that our son was driving in from college and that he should be given a key and allowed into our room. They indicated he should show an ID upon arrival and all would be good. However when he arrived the desk person would not allow him entry until we confirmed it. This after he drove several hours…this is just unacceptable. Similar issues with house cleaning scheduling which never happened for us. ||The shuttle van has seen better days. No front passenger side door handle and all kinds of dents. We took car service instead which was plentiful in Nashville,||Finally we had the hotel smoke alarm go off at 6 AM the last day of our stay. Don’t know what to attribute that to…I mean the whole city is drunk. Can’t put that one on the hotel.||Lots of choices in the area…I would look elsewhere. The details matter.
Positive: The room had plenty of space - there were 4 of us and it worked great -there was a living room as you enter the room, a bathroom, and a bedroom in the back. It was very clean and very nice! Breakfast was delicious! Staff was helpful. Negative: We booked this hotel thinking that there was a shuttle downtown where our conference was but the shuttle was very unreliable. We called 2 different times and they didn¿t answer so we had to call a Lyft which was an extra expense. That was disappointing
My family and I stayed here in August of this year and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! There is so much to do around the hotel, especially at night! The rooms were clean, big and so comfy. The staff was so fantastic and we even had complimentary snacks/drinks in the evenings which was a great bonus as Nashville can get pretty pricey! The only complaint is that the days we went downtown the complimentary hotel shuttle was not running so we had to take an Uber. Although our experience was so great that it didn’t matter! We will definitely be back the next time we come to Nashville!

We were in town for a show that was happening a few blocks away and chose the Germantown Inn as our home base for an evening/day. They were super easy to work with on the phone to make our arrangements. My friend that accompanied me requires handica
Beautiful quiet place right in the middle of everything. Can't say enough great things about the accomodations and location. Surprisingly very quiet inside considering you are on a main street in the middle of downtown. Never heard anything once in
We had an overall nice stay. The only negatives were the small lobby area, dinner portions being small at the restaurant, and the toiletry odor. The odor was very dull and masculine. As a woman, I did not want to walk around smelling like that. The
We were honestly surprised it was as good as it was. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the lobby was a nice place to hang and the room was clean and quite nice. The location is great, walking distance to a great burger spot (Joyland) and

WOW. This was such a gem of a find! We got the most amazing deal on a flash sale and stayed 4 wonderful nights. The location was perfect, just a 1/2 mile walk to Broadway but so much more to see on the way. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the
Outstanding stay. Super friendly and inviting employees at all levels and all departments. Due to weather issues we ended up extending our stay 2 additional nights and unlike the airlines they were very accommodating. Great room with first class ser
Placemakr Row is miles better than a hotel. It's an old apartment complex turned into rooms, and it feels exactly like I was coming back to a home instead of a box. My only complaint is that there were loud trucks every morning in the lot outside my
This is the BEST meal I had in Nashville. The teriyaki chicken was succulent, flavorful and extremely fresh. Seasoned to perfection. The rice was spectacular and pillowy. The fried shrimps were extremely high quality, fried perfectly and paired with
I started taking classes at Hola after I moved to Nashville in 2021 and have never looked back. The front desk staff are the most wonderful peopleâthey truly make an effort to know your name and your practice. The teachers are incredibly skilled. C
