The checkin was easy, and the customer service was great! The room was very nice. Very well kept. I feel though even the room was great, it seems like it could use a fresh upgrade, maybe a few years since the last modern update. Just thinking though. My favorite part of the room was how nice the bathroom was. Great job there. Love the manager reception with snack and drinks. It was nice for our New Year’s Eve stay. The breakfast buffet was on the cold side, food out there didn’t seem fresh, and we were downstairs at 8am. Love the fresh breakfast omelettes you could order behind the breakfast bar area. Other than the cold buffet everything else was great.

While some might consider this place as out of the way, it's not that hard to get to and well worth it. This was one of the nicer places we've stayed recently and everything was clean and well kept. Do know that if you take a mountain room view you will also get a certain amount of road noise from the interstate. The breakfast was also excellent, lots of choices and especially enjoyed the made to order omelettes available.

Embassy Suites hosted a company function for us and the facilities and staff were absolutely wonderful! The events team was a pleasure to work with and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Tamika and Sydney were spectacular! We will continue to host event here at the Embassy Suites. Thank you all, Josh S.

My company recently held our annual convention at this hotel. The sleeping rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of items to pick from. The sales team, front desk staff, all the entire hotel team that were behind the scenes were extremely pleasant and were there when I needed them. Our organized meals were appealing, and I can honestly say very tasty. Rooms were set up as instructed and when I had additional request from speakers it was no problem at all. Everyone was professional, patient and truly a joy to work with. I am looking forward to our 2024 event at this location.

The people working at the hotel were so accommodating. We had a few things come up during our stay and they made sure we were taken care of. They really care and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! The morning breakfast was really good as well. We will definitely stay here again!

we came to stay for our anniversary since we havent celebrated in over 5 years. we set a reservation over the phone. we requested a certain room but were unable to get it the lady that took our reservation wasnt the friendliest. the view was still amazing. the complimentary breakfast was great a bit hectic and other guests were a bit pushy and impatient but not much we can do about the people! all staff were very nice and helpful! we enjoyed our stay and the holiday party that was hosted in the ball room by our work! great experience overall.

We loved our stay at Embassy Suites. First and foremost, I felt very safe at this hotel. The grounds were well lit and very secure. The staff was friendly and professional . The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.

Everything about the stay was great…..except they started a new policy where they now charge for parking - in the middle of nowhere. The signage letting you know is a little too subtle especially in a large parking lot in a rural setting where you would not expect that. Otherwise a great hotel with great staff.
