I recently stayed for a short stay and I must say it was an amazing experience. After the reception hour , I stayed at the bar area and it was quite busy however Ms. Tracy, Ms Barbara, and Tiffany were amazing handling the crowd and making sure everyone was waited on and got whatever they needed. I love the fact that no matter how busy they were they still acknowledged every customer that came up and let them know they would be right with them. Even though it was time for Mrs Tracy to leave she stayed and helped and that was amazing to see a supervisor step in and help out the way she did. They were the highlight of my trip! Kudos to them!!!!

Came in late for a funeral. The greeting staff was great, especially since I messed up my reservation. Breakfast was very good and the staff with the complementary breakfast was tops too. Sadly I couldn't enjoy this wonderful facility more as we had the funeral and family stuff to do. We were also granted a late checkout so we could come back after funeral to change clothes. One of the best!!

Rooms were nice and the evening staff were delightful but the morning staff wouldn’t know hospitality if it hit them in the face. Consistently rude each day. I was here for a conference, got in around noon and wanted to at least check in and have my bags in bell services but George wouldn’t even entertain the idea. He just said you can’t check in until 4 even though the conference started at 1pm. Not his problem. I asked about early check in but he kept shutting me down. I did not feel welcome. Finally I got to check in during a break in the conference and there was the sweetest lady who was absolutely professional. I didn’t catch her name but it started with a C. Next morning the systems were down but there was no sense of urgency on the morning staff’s demeanor. I understand systems go down but he could have been more apologetic. Then another guy who was wearing a fancy suit said ladies be patient. I said nothing during this time for him to assume I was upset. I hope the GM can send these employees to some type of training so others can feel welcome and not a burden. But the evening shift is a fantastic group of people. They deserve all the praise.

The foyer is very nice, and breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly, but the room I had was beyond disappointing. Carpet stains, missing art work, dirty windows, mildew in the shower, and grout that probably hasn’t been properly cleaned since the room was last remodeled a decade ago (you can see the original grout color vs the dirty color in the red circle). I didn’t ask to change my room, so others may be in better shape.

We have always relied on Embassy Suites as a family of 5 when traveling for clean, quality rooms, exceptional service, and a great breakfast. It is difficult to find space for a family of 5 and we have always liked that embassy suites has provided a great option for us. Sadly, it doesn’t seem that this is quite the case any longer as Embassy Suites has declined much since our last stay. We checked in late on the last leg of our trip around 930 pm after a 10 hour drive to a filthy room. The bathroom has missing tiles and caulk/grout, hair in the sink and tub, counter and vanity had not been wiped down, you could see rings from glasses and fingerprints on everything. Tissues had been shoved back in the box. The rest of the room wasn’t any better-large stains all over the carpet, furniture, carpet so dirty it stained my feet, thick dust on all the furniture. I should have known when I checked in and the lady made a strange face and asked another employee to “check the room” well, they failed and housekeeping failed-majorly. It honestly appeared that towels were thrown in and beds were made but nothing else had been touched since the last guest. The hallways throughout the hotel pretty well reflected the same state we had in our room. Clean your carpets!!! Aside from the incredibly dirty room, the only toiletries offered were from a large container glued to the wall- a “community shampoo” if you will, where anyone can add anything they wish to the mix and tamper if they choose. It’s unsanitary and a huge nope from me. I am all for minimizing single use plastics but this isn’t the place for it. Breakfast was awful. I’m unsure how everything could be cold and mushy at 7 am but it was. Didn’t have many options, a sad comparison from what their breakfast used to be. We were so tired and it was only for the evening so we made do. Not to mention, if they went in to personally inspect the room and deemed this as acceptable, I’m not confident I would have received anything much better than what I got if I asked for a different room. I paid for a quality room and that is not what I received. Hilton did not meet my expectations and certainly not their own during this stay. I will add that before posting this review I did contact embassy directly with my feedback and requested a follow up, which I never received. We won’t be staying at another embassy.

Had to change rooms because the first rooms ac didn’t work. Carpets felt kinda gross and there were stains on the wall. Housekeeping could do better. Think it’s time for an update! Requested extra towels and a blanket using their AI guest service and it never came. Breakfast was delicious and my fav part of the stay. The room service menu was not accurate as they don’t use that menu anymore per the server. Elevators were fast! L

STAY AWAY!!!! This hotel is NOT like other Embassy Suites. They have put NO love into the hotel. Here was my experience unfortunately 1. Room - The rooms carpet was nasty and smelly I have never walked into a Hilton with this kind of carpet before. It smelled like dog pee. 2. TV channels are limited to 12 channels they make you sign into your own direct tv account to get the cable smh. 3. A/C took 2-3 hours to cool down to 69 degrees Bugs/roach was in the shower tub 4. ALL Carts to put your luggage on are ALL BROKEN. I pushed mine and the handles came off from the bottom. I grabbed the second one and the wheel was broken so it couldn’t go straight or move. 5. I was told the kitchen closes at 10:00 pm. I sat at the bar top at 9:00 and the lady let me know they couldn’t find the cook that he just “disappeared” 6. Hotel staff kissing women on couches on 1st floor next to elevators Overall I’ve stayed at numerous hotels all over the United States but this one took the cake for worse hotel ever. Beware and if you have kids don’t even think about booking it here because it’s cheap
