For the price, this hotel is top notch. I would call this place delightfully cheesy. I am here on business so it’s nice that it’s within the acceptable price range but has a nice pool, view, and a bar/restaurant. I’m diamond but this place has a free breakfast/2 free bottom tier drink thing for all guests instead of the typical meal credit, which is cool- but perhaps give extra water in lieu of standard diamond benefits? Either way I’ll stay here again for business.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff even more so. Special shout out to Henry who was such a source of happiness. The breakfasts were phenomenal and we enjoy the evening reception. We didn't need to buy any food the whole trip. Our rooms were nice. The pool was clean and stocked with towels. Great location with an easy short walk into the revamped old town (lots of places to eat and shop) Would love to stay again. Thanks!

Love this hotel. We had a king 1 bedroom suite overlooking the pool and mountains. it was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. They had made to order omelets too. The staff was excellent. Just a block from Old Town La Quinta where there were several shops and restaurants. Easy ride to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. We saw a Space X launch from our balcony. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again.

Out of all the Embassy Suites my family & I have stayed at, this by far has been our favorite one. Although, the front desk wasn’t too welcoming during check in. The breakfast & evening reception staff made up for it. The room itself was nice & clean too. We ordered food during the evening reception and that was good, but the customer service from the bar/restaurant supervisor was incredible! Pool area was fun, relaxing, and big. Could use daily cleaning. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted to a very clean and friendly hotel.||Quick checkin and bonus, they had chargers for electric cars. We went to happy hour in the hotel where they had many snacks and a few drink options complimentary. Bartender was kind and worked very hard as he had no help. ||Our room was nice, clean and fresh looking. Probably one of the best Embassy Suites we have seen in a long time.

I stayed at this location August 16-18th and everything was amazing besides the spa. I have gotten plenty of other massages at other affiliated Hilton hotels and have received excellent services but this one Spa Hibiscus was not worth the $160 that I paid at all. First the set up is very strange and it’s Call by appointment only and it’s only open when the actual spa associate who’s doing the massage comes in so there’s no actual receptionist. I came 30 minutes early and called and I was told she was going to be there in the next 20 minutes. I’m usually able to earlier at other Hilton spas to prepare. The Spa associate actually lied and said I came in late which was absolutely not true. When I did arrive she did not show me around or introduce me to any of the amenities at the spa. I felt really rushed the entire time before during and after. She did not focus on the massage area that I told her that was hurting. She actually made my back worst. I had to figure out where everything was on my own. Then after the massage I went to use the Sauna and the bottom right faucet piece came off and the hot water burned my leg so I hurry up and got out. When it came time to pay she was so adamant about a tip that was really undeserved. When I reported this to the spa manager he showed no empathy or anything. I further inquired for a refund for atleast half my money back. I had to call every single day for a solution and it was very telling that they did not care. They came back to me and said the maintenance found no issue in the sauna furthermore lying again to cover everything up and only offered me 20% which I denied and because of this experience and the way they treated this situation I would NEVER stay here again and I will make it my best bet to tell everyone about this horrible experience.

This is a wonderful property with excellent service. Management sent text messages ensuring everything was ok. The rooms were clean and updated. It is a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. I plan to stay here again on my next business trip.

I booked a room for 7/12/24 and the AC in the room would not go below 79 degrees (see pictures for proof). The hotel didn't have an engineer on-site to change the thermostat manually. That is absolutely insane. It is 100+ degrees in the desert, the ice machine is broken, and the AC is locked. What kind of hotel business is this? I never want to stay at an Embassy Suites EVER again. My wife and I were so uncomfortably hot all night, and the room temperature rose to 81 degrees! The customer service and experience were absolutely abysmal. WARNING: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
