Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe - Hotel in Olathe - 10401 S Ridgeview Rd, USA

We held our annual company meeting at this hotel, which included a 3-night stay for our 30+ guests, use of conference spaces and presentation equipment, and lunch/refreshments catering during our meetings & sessions. ||Starting with Katie T., who arranged the booking and put together the contract for our stay, every part of this experience was exceptional. Katie was extremely helpful working with us to pin down all of the details and making adjustments as we finalized our plans. ||The quality of the rooms, spaces, and amenities was excellent all around. The food provided by the catering team was outstanding, with a great variety of options and top-notch service & presentation. This is a lovely and stylish hotel and our visitors from Corporate were impressed. All of the staff were helpful and attentive - in particular, Mario acted quickly to help us find additional breakout space to use, and other Events staff immediately addressed any small issues we had with A/V equipment. ||I would absolutely recommend this hotel for any circumstance, whether it is a multi-day meeting or event like ours, or just a simple night's stay, your time here is sure to be enjoyable.

Loved the location of this hotel. Very easy access on and off the highway. The service was impeccable. The restaurant had wonderful food. The free breakfast was decent. Coffee was really good. The room was dirty. They may barely wipe the bathrooms and change sheets. We used the sofa bed. It was full of food crumbs underneath. The trash can in the bathroom was hiding what looked like hair behind it. It was gross. Also, the sliding door in room 210 was broken for the bathroom. It would not lock.

Nice hotel, good service. Simple and sumptuous breakfast. My flight was delayed causing me to check in a day later and they kindly refunded that days stay. It will be nice if they have a phone number and email address listed for us to reach them online. I was not able to inform them of my flight delay owing to there being no email address available for communication.

Room was nice as well as clean. However, we couldn't get the A/C to cool down very quickly. Took almost all night to go from 73 to 71 degrees. The pool was extremely small for this size of hotel. Our big disappointment was the breakfast. They didn't provide the made to order breakfast we have come to love at Embassy locations. All they had was the equivalent to 'express' hotel options. They should let patrons know that they will not be providing this option so other arrangements can be made. If that is corrected we would 100% recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Great location, good food in the lobby. Huge breakfast location with omelet bar and tons of options. Clean hotel, clean rooms, mostly quiet but a lot of kids & family’s. Nice gym and indoor pool. Plenty of parking in a safe area.

I love the size of the room. There were however, marks on the wall that was a different color than the wall. I love the views from the window and the way that the shades blocked out the light. The use of the windows utilizing the natural sunlight was amazing! I would stay here again and recommend Embassy Suites as well.

Very nice hotel. Clean room and great breakfast. The highlight of the hotel is the excellent roof-top bar. A fun atmosphere to hang out at with friendly bartenders. Will definitely stay again!

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept. The breakfast spread was AMAZING! I almost suggested it just for that. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly suggest staying here.
