Just wanted to shout out Nico and Kenya for their above and beyond service during my stay!! I had a lot of questions and requests for them and they were always so so helpful, even helping me put on my necklace when I was having trouble, calling valet to check on my car status, and providing me with plastic bags or markers for personal use. I loved my room and it was so comfortable and spacious! The water pressure was fine, contrary to other reviews, and everything was always very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!!

As I fly home and think about my week, staying at this hotel made the week work. I saw that the staff at this hotel created a consistently personable professional and welcoming and service minded helpfulness. I was privileged to meet George the GM and to interact with Abdul many times. What a great experience! Staying here felt like their whole team had my back. Thank you for going above and beyond two weeks in a row. Great restaurant recommendations within walking distance. Actually, Best experience out of over a thousand stays at Hilton properties. Nice job guys!! Now I can't wait to return. Thank you.

My family was on a weekend excursion to the Ft. Worth area. We took the Amtrak train which I highly recommend out of OKC! We stayed at this Embassy suites downtown upon walking in we were warmly greeted in fact, the whole check in process went very smoothly. Other reviews complained that the hotel is dated, I can appreciate that this hotel is a little dated I have no complaints. The staff were OUTSTANDING! Joel, thank you for going over and beyond, your kindness was well received! Really great location, great food, walking distance to several eateries and local shopping. As for the appearance of this hotel it is really not as bad as some of the reviews. I would highly recommend this hotel!Management perhaps looking into the concerns mentioned in the negative reviews, block those rooms mentioned, consider updating. Otherwise, thank you for a great stay!!

We had an amazing stay here, everything from vallet service , hotel staff , bar staff , quality of the rooms , the pool area , guests happy hour and the complementary breakfast. Nicely located hotel downtown so you can head out for walks to other places too. 100% would recommend here and we would definitely chose to come back here and stay again.

We stayed one night for a family trip through Texas in June/July. The hotel location was good and easy to get to. It was a short drive to the Stockyards which is a great place to visit and I definitely recommend either day or night. We were disappointed with the room service and condition of the facilities. The pull out bed was worn out and the most difficult to operate of 4 hotels we stayed in. The room phone was missing buttons and not operational so we couldn’t call for room service. When we requested towels for the room we asked that they be placed in the room and upon returning from our event the towels were outside the door and on the floor. We also requested bed sheets and blankets for the room and after over an hour we went down to get them from the front desk. Lastly, in the laundry room the soap dispensers and dryers were not operational and we had to take our laundry to the front desk to be dried. The valet and front desk staff were nice and the room condition was overall OK. The buffet breakfast was good. Fresh cut fruit, omelette, and the salsa were all tasty. I would avoid staying here again in the future and this location did not live up to the standards of many other Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at.

Service was great!|||There was unexpected construction due to an event happening in downtown. What normally would be a negative experience turned into an amazing one!||We were greeted by Nico and Christine at the front desk. We were thanked for being Hilton honors members and informed about the hotel’s amenities and things to do in downtown!! ||The hotel was beautifully taken care of, great rooms, bed, and can’t forget the evening social AND breakfast! Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Fort Worth Texas!

Positive: The room was great, and the access to restaurants, the highway, etc.? was really convenient. Negative: I wish they?d had their own parking garage. The valet parking was more than I was willing to pay with the garage across the street.

As a loyal Diamond member with Hilton and a frequent traveler with my pets, I have never experienced such a disappointing stay until my recent visit to Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Downtown. My wife and I travel extensively with our pets. We have traveled across the country twice over the period of a few years. We always choose Hilton for their advertised pet-friendly accommodations. As a disabled veteran, one of my dogs is an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and I rely on her to help with my anxiety, depression, mood swings, etc. Despite our previous positive experiences across the country, our stay at this location was marred by an unjustifiable incident regarding our dogs. On the second day of our stay, we received a complaint that one of our dogs was barking excessively. This behavior was unusual for our dog, whose typical pattern involves brief barking upon departure followed by calmness. We promptly returned to our room upon notification but found our dog quiet and relaxed. Upon contacting the manager, Christine, we were met with extreme rudeness and condescension. Despite our assurance that our dog was calm upon our return, Christine insisted that she had been barking constantly. When we suggested potential triggers such as housekeeping or noisy guests, Christine dismissed these possibilities. We requested a room change to a quieter area but were flatly refused. Christine offered no constructive suggestions to mitigate the issue and implied that someone must always be present with our dogs—a solution impractical for guests attending events away from the hotel. We reluctantly arranged costly boarding for our dogs due to the unhelpful stance of the hotel. Christine refused any refund of pet fees or cancellation of unused nights, further compounding our frustration and financial burden. As a disabled veteran relying on my dog for emotional support, I felt discriminated against during this interaction. The hotel's handling of the situation left us feeling intimidated and unfairly targeted, contrasting sharply with the supportive environment expected from a pet-friendly establishment. This experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Downtown was deeply upsetting and has shaken my confidence in Hilton's commitment to pet-friendly policies and guest satisfaction. I will not return to this location and will reconsider my choice of pet-friendly hotels in the future.
