Our conference comes back every year! Chef Jen’s food is fantastic and Stephanie in banquets can do anything to assist your team in achieving greatness. AV is incredibly knowledgeable. Taylor and June are very helpful with your contract and setting your meeting up to succeed. They are also very timely in responses! The bartenders and breakfast team are friendly and have been in the service industry long enough to make you feel like you can relax and enjoy your meal. Brittany knows our attendees so well she has their favorite drinks waiting for them when they approach the bar. Great team-great family!

Very good breakfast in the morning. Albert is super friendly and cooks great omelets in a way that is fun to watch. And Marshall is very keen to make sure you are aware of everything they have to offer so are completely satisfied. Barb in the dining room was exceptional as well. She kept our area neat, clean, and organized which we appreciated very much.

This has been my second time coming to this hotel and I still love it from the last time I came. It was definitely such a great experience both times and I love the staff. Nate was a great help with working around and helping people, and marshall the cook that made us breakfast was so so good and yummy. I was scared to talk to him at first and tell him what I wanted but he seemed real nice and I felt way better. Overall a great place!

The food for a complimentary hotel breakfast was good, better than I would have expected. But the highlight was the two guys making pancakes/waffles/french toast and omelets. Super friendly, took the time to make sure they got your order right, and got it to you pretty quick. Those guys are the best!

Room was great. Staff were very nice. Albert thee omelette man. He is loved by the city and county of Peoria. He deserves a raise. I came all the way from myrtle beach for my cousin to tell me that Albert is the man. He is honestly. Give that man his flowers and a raise

I love the ambience of this hotel. We stayed there 10 years ago and I loved it. Fast forward 10 years and the hotel rooms look more like 30 years older. The furniture is outdated, that generally doesn’t bother me but it looked dirty as well ( we used a sheet to cover it). The chair had crumbs all over it, the bed skirt was filthy and the bed spread smelled clean but looked dirty. The carpet in the entire hotel needs to be replaced; spots all over and it is bunched up in places. In our room there was a huge dirty sticky spot in front of our sink. I asked the front desk manager to take care of the crumbs, sticky spot and dirty bed coverings, he assured me he would take care of it. None of those things ever got done. I asked the maid to vacuum the crumbs the next day and she told me they don’t vacuum on stay overs ( we were there for 4 nights ), I tried to explain that it was like that when we got here she told me to tell the front desk ( twilight zone). I decided to borrow a vacuum cleaner and do it myself, she started cuss at me and said she was using it, I said I thought you said you didn’t vacuum, anyway still cussing at me I started to go let the front desk know, then I decided to tell her that I was sorry and wasn’t trying to make trouble or make her job any harder. Then she asked if a sticky roller would do it and I thanked her and did the job myself; I also emptied my own garbage and got me own towels. At this point I figured there was no use, just live with it and wear shoes in the room and wipe them off when we left.|Everything else about the hotel was very nice, breakfast, evening happy hour, lots of room and places to visit. All the other staff were very pleasant.

This was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was cooked to order and great. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was on top of things. The executive housekeeping Manager is simply amazing as we passed him he made our requests known and rerouted to be sure we were taken care of. On top of giving directions and providing recommendations. Thanks Darryl you made our stay so worth it!!!

What a great room with a beautiful view of the river! Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the room was super clean. I loved that we got a large suite for our weekend stay. This had to be, without a doubt, the best hotel stay I have ever had. The free breakfast was incredible and could not believe we had free drinks and snacks every night
