Room door stuck every time it was used, toilet ran and had to jiggle handle to stop, refrigerator freezer froze solid and frig barely worked, AC worked well, view was nice but too angled for the fireworks viewing, no valet for parking that was really difficult to park in, garage dark and dangerous, bringing luggage into two elevators is simply insane in a supposed premium hotel, no bell staff, fresh eggs made to order at breakfast simply great, bacon so greasy it is inedible, sausage so tough and dry it is inedible, early checkin unavailable and at appointed time took more than an hour inline, elevators that made spooky sounds with doors slow to open, very dated and worn decor including room furniture that looked pretty beat, room was quiet for a full hotel, and bus route in town at front of hotel for a buck very great. Good and bad our two night stay had many ups and downs.

Rooms are a little dated and have a musty smell. View from the restaurant in the morning is very beautiful Very nice restaurant/bar staff at night. Megan helped me check in and she was so nice. She gave Impeccable customer service. Anytime I had a problem I was always helped and she always made sure it was fixed. Helped by a nice lady named Tanisha too. Omelette guy in the morning was very nice. Great coffee. Not many issues just the smelly room. If you like to walk, the area around the hotel is great for that.

My husband booked this room from the Hilton app without looking at the reviews. When I saw the reviews, I did not want to stay. We decided to check it out before making a decision. We ended up staying two nights and for us, it wasn’t as bad as reviews lead you to believe. The ac worked great, the phone worked, the room was clean, though it did smell like they’re growing marijuana in the crawlspace (I think legal states just smell like this everywhere now). The front desk staff were great. The rooms are DATED and WORN OUT. I would not stay here again for this reason. It’s not up to embassy suites’ standard. I was not impressed with the bar staff either night. The bed wasn’t super comfortable. If you get a good deal and aren’t looking for something super nice, I’d say it’s okay. Certainly not worth more than $150 a night.

I am giving this hotel 1 star, because the shower water was hot, OTHERWISE I would have to give it 0 stars. The air conditioning was out and rooms were very hot. I understand things can happen unexpectedly but it had been out for 3 weeks and no one let us know and its July! Rooms were between 82-88 degrees. When inquiring about the air situation a staff member said I could request a box fan. I said okay may I have a box fan, and she said we don't have any. Rooms smelled like urine. The room humidity made the carpet moist. Hair in the shower upon arrival. Mold in the shower. Blood stains in the room on the floor. Soap dispenser fell off the wall onto my foot. Hair all over the couch. I asked for Chlorox wipes to clean the shower before using it. Photo of the used wipe and a few shower floor swipes. water glasses were dirty with lip print. Stained bedspread. The sprinkler system was a hot mess and didn't not not look in working order. Tattered furniture. The ice machines didn't work. I was to stay 3 nights but only ended up staying 1 night and went to another hotel. Spoke with a manager who said I would not be charged for the first night and I could cancel the rest of my reservation due to the hotels condition, and it not meeting Hilton standards. It was a work trip and instead of billing the business card they had on file they billed the whole stay, even though I wasn't there to my personal card that was only be used to hold the room. I called them and they said they would reimburse and release the charge of $505 but instead of reimbursing, they charged me twice for the non-stay totaling $1,010 out of my personal account. When I called Hilton corporate office they gave me a case number and said someone would call me back quickly. This marks day 5 since that call with nothing-no call , no email. I called them with my case number today and although they offered me a few Hilton honor points which really do nothing, they really didn't seem too concerned. I am very disappointed in not only this location, but the response of Hilton overall.

The room we had was disgusting. No air conditioning. The staff were extremely rude when we tried to get find a resolution. They actually lied at one point and stated A/C was fixed and the air needed to circulate. The It was still 78 degrees in our room that evening and they said it was actually still broken. Moldy smell in room and common areas. Elevator is need of repair and ended up getting stuck with people inside of it. Definitely avoid!

Today's the fourth night out of a five nights day... First 3 days I was in the 7th floor and there was a strong mildew smell. Couches and carpets were stained. Tub would not drain and the soap dispensers have fallen off the wall and just left on the yeah after a few nights I had to get out of the room because I developed a cough and I think it's the smell. Front desk were nice but even the second room looked just as bad and only smelled slightly better. I think the employees are fine but the way the rooms are maintained is complete garbage. I can't believe in two rooms both had stains all over the place and broken cracks or shower curtain rods.

The staff and location helped keep this weekend from being a complete failure. The room reeked of mold, was super dated and was hot the entire stay. We paid almost 250.09 a night for motel 6 quality. When we mentioned to the front desk that our room has been 80 degree for over 24 hours we were told the a/c has been down. The phones did not work, the wifi was also down. Check in took forever because the digital option was also unavailable. Everything was dated, worn out or broken. At the price point we expected more and better.

I stayed at this location as a package deal for the Cincinnati music fest through a friend of the family. As a Hilton owner, I was very disappointed that the Hilton name would be attached to a hotel that is offering the type of rooms as this location. This is reflective of many of the other reviews! After reading the reviews, they are well aware of the conditions and responded one too many times saying, "were concerned about whats being posted about the conditions of the rooms". There is no way you should be ok with offering these rooms to people in these conditions! Not to mention, the musty tangy smell! I would never stay here again! I would never recommend this location to anyone! We had a large party under the same package deal, and many of them addressed concerns regarding the rooms and had rooms switched only to get another room in horrible condition. I can't even believe I stayed there for one day! I will never go through my family friend to book any trips! These are not the types of rooms I'm used to! If you ask me, this location should be shut down and addressed!
