Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo - Hotel in Buffalo - 200 Delaware Ave, USA

I stayed here for three nights last week and had an overall good experience. It’s a very nice-looking hotel in a good location within downtown Buffalo. Be aware that there is no self-park though; parking is valet-only and is $25 a night. I self-parked in an independent lot across the street for the same price per night, although I’m sure there are cheaper options in the area if you’re willing to walk! The interior of the hotel is generally luxurious and meets the Embassy Suites standard. I loved the scent in the hallways and lobbies on each floor. The breakfast is fantastic as usual at Embassy Suites hotels and the two free drinks at the bar were also nice. I found it funny that the hotel filled in their hot tub with plants but left it so obvious that there used to be a hot tub there, stairs and everything! I wonder when and why that was removed. I had three minor issues. First, none of the garbage cans in my room had bags, and one of them still had trash inside from a past guest. I didn’t complain about it and just threw my trash on top, but I feel like more attention should’ve been paid to the room during turn service. Second, drinks I’d placed inside my mini fridge actually froze, despite it being set at one of the warmer temperatures. This is concerning since I had several bottles of insulin stored in the mini fridge, which could be destroyed if they freeze. Luckily they were not affected, but that could’ve been thousands of dollars of medicine down the toilet. Third, one of the bartenders splashed grenadine on my dress shirt while I was sitting at the bar. She didn’t even apologize. Not cool! One of the bartenders who was British was very nice. Best tequila sour I’ve ever had, to be honest. Overall a pretty decent hotel that I would recommend. Stay here, but don’t wear nice clothes to the bar! I would return.

We are a Canadian family that booked this hotel. We were very disappointed by the unpleasant staff at the front desk. We are Hilton Honors member but not given any type of refreshments when we arrived.There were no snacks at the happy hour. Whatever scraps left we had to take.The staff refused to refill the tray although we got there ontime. The room only had 3 bath towels for a family of 4 and there was only 1 small bottle of lotion for 4 persons to share. The breakfast was so unorganized. There were not enough tables to sit.The chef was not pleasant to deal with either. Again there was not enough food and the staff refused to refill the empty trays. We had to take our food up to our room since there were no seats available. The hotel should have done a better job of being more prepared for the large crowd for the long weekend I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites at Hilton and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The amount of money I spent for two nights was not worth it. Room Condition: The bathroom shower stand was filthy with dirt, the carpet was old, and the sofa had stains and looked very worn out. There was a significant lack of lighting in the room, making it feel very dim and uncomfortable. Breakfast: As a Gold member, I expected the breakfast to be complimentary. However, not only did I have to pay for it, but there also wasn't enough space, and I had to wait for a table. Additionally, there was not enough food available, which was very frustrating. Overall, this experience was just awful. I did not expect this kind of service from Hilton, especially considering the high price I paid for my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

It was nice, with some exceptional staff . Valet parking was necessary. Did not have a charging port for your electric car. The complimentary happy hour snacks were a bit of a letdown, bartender was so awesome. People there were nice.

I’m usually a Marriott traveler but the staff at Embassy Suites Buffalo may have won me over. They took great care of me and my family. The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were so nice. Our room was huge! And what a spectacular view! Breakfast was great thanks to their made to order omelets. Nice drink and food specials at the hotel bar in the evening. I will say my drinks were very weak but it’s the only criticism I had.

Exceptional friendly and highly professional staff...entire front desk... especially Grace...Justin...General Manager Bob...Valet...Nick...all were very diligent and pleasant.... everyone always had a smile and a hello... housekeeping went above and beyond our expectations...outstanding attached restaurant...all food was exquisite! Overall...very impressed by entire staff who acted well beyond our expectations during our four day stay!

Had a horrible experience at this hotel. I have stayed at dozens of Hilton properties and travel a lot for work. This was by far the worst stay. Our first room was absolutely disgusting. There was something spilled on the lamp shade and all over the walls. Then there was something gross caked on the bedroom pillow. That's when I called and asked if we could have a new room. They did move our room which we thought was somewhat better but still not great with the cleaniness. We got back from dinner and opened the sleeper sofa for our two boys to use to find no mattress at all. I called the front desk where they told me there was nothing they could do. My husband and I went downstairs to talk to the front desk and explain there was no way our kids could sleep on a hard frame. The front desk attendant could care less and got super defensive. Didn't care whatsoever. She finally said she could give us another new room but couldn't guarantee that one had a mattress. Not one apology for moving rooms again!!! Luckily the third room had a mattress but still dirty in areas. The bathroom had gross stains in areas. Don't stay at this hotel. I should have listened to thr other comments about he cleanliness of the rooms and rude staff. Absolutely disgusting! Will not be back.

Didn't know you had to pay 25.00 to park your car In a secure area. Room was OK but for 300.00 a night it should be better than ok. Pool is very small 4 ft. deep, not worth putting a suit on. The restaurant/Bar had very few choices and to expensive, but great margaritas. Probably won't stay here next time.
