Embassy Suites by Hilton Brunswick - Featured Reviews (1200)
Check in was quick and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean. We went down for the happy hour free drinks. Bartender was attentive and friendly so we ended up staying in for dinner. Great food and good service. Thanks to Jessica for knowing what we needed before we even asked. We will be back!
I'm truly shocked that this property is ranked #1 in Brunswick. Think twice before booking a stay at this property. My family stayed here on our way to Florida. As a longstanding Hilton Honors member, I’m surprised at the state of this property. Although the lobby is up to date, that’s where it ends. Upon entering the lobby, we noticed massive floor fans located throughout, which was a red flag that the HVAC system was struggling or not working. The staff were friendly, greeted us with waters, and were the highlight of our one-night stay—they were consistently smiling and welcoming.||However, the two-room suite we stayed in had a musty smell, and the AC struggled to work properly. The room itself is sorely in need of an update; I’d guess it’s been a good 20+ years since it’s been refreshed. To top it all off, the king bed sheets had stains, though the staff brought clean sheets immediately. ||Again, I honestly couldn’t believe that an Embassy Suites could be in this kind of state. I will not be returning to this property.
Wonderful hotel. Great service all around from check-in to check-out. The evening reception with free cocktails and snacks was a great touch. The breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast buffet selection of items had something for everyone and the made to order omelettes were definitely a hit with everyone. Loved the experience and will book the entire weekend next time we visit the area.
Great hotel layout and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had an issue that needed to be resolved and the manager and front desk were very warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Left feeling satisfied with the resolution.
We had a one night stay. Easy access off the interstate. Everything was perfect. The front desk clerk was super friendly as we arrived late close to midnight. My only issue is there were only one set of stairs but they did not lead to any of the rooms, only to the outside. For us elevator haters, it was definitely a bummer. Made to order omletes were good too. Overall, this hotel gets a 5/5
Recently, we stopped in on our travels from Florida up to North Carolina. We had an incredible experience, especially in the restaurant. Thanks to Carli their INCREDIBLE bartender at the restaurant in the lobby. Not only did she make sure we were taking care of immediately with a smile, but she was sure to give us an incredible experience all night. She took the time to speak with us and get to know us and also was sure that we had everything we could possibly need. She is an incredible bartender and person to be working in hospitality. She really did everything she could to make our evening perfect!
so far so good!. Staff are great, friendly and attentive. Pulled out the black light in the room, won't be sitting on the couch, but rarely do I find a hotel that doesn't have stains on the couch. I have seen worse. Suites are good size. Climate in the rooms is fine, climate at the restaurant/lobby was very warm and humid. But the social atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Food was good too.
The staff is not friendly. Specifically Taylor at the front desk. I used digital check in and arrived around 5:30. My boyfriend was carrying in his laptop in a small backpack that has black fur around it. The front desk called me in my room within 3 minutes and accused me of carrying a “small dog” into my room. I went downstairs to show her it was a black bag and she pulled out blurry security camera screenshots and said “it’s a dog and it looks like a dog from every angle” she threatened that room service would come up and go through my room. I do not have a dog!! And all of this to stay in a run down room, lamps having missing light bulbs, light figures on the wall are loose. Windows are dirty, the room’s ac does not work that well. And this isn’t even the room I picked out during digital check in. They gave me a completely different room. I can’t walk past the front desk without getting looks from the girl down there. This is an absolutely horrible stay and I regret being here for a week!
My family stayed here on our way down to Florida. Hotel is right off I-95 and close to many restaurants. My kids loved the indoor pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Service at the desk was fantastic! We will be back in March.
I recently enjoyed a stellar stay at the Hilton Garden in Brunswick, Georgia. The hotel's impressive size, coupled with beautifully designed and spacious rooms, exceeded my expectations. The modern amenities and overall freshness of the establishment
Amazing wraps for the price! We got breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our trip to Cumberland Island! So many options that we were able to create 3 different meals. Very easy to order online and not a crazy long wait.
I have been coming to Daddy Cates for over 10 years! It is still my favorite Cafe. Dee Dee is the sweetest host !! You must go by and try it out ! The Chilli Dogs are AWESOME!
Enjoyed dinner with my beautiful bride. We are a mixed family. She likes drums and garlic parm , and I like flats and sweet BBQ.
Love this restaurant. Owner and all of the wait staff is great. No matter who passes your table they still check on your
This place was definitely amazing. My kids are super picky but they cleared their plates and went back for seconds. It reminded me of back home so it was awesome. I had been searching everywhere for someone to come remote close to Cajun cooking and t
