Complementary breakfast was amazing. Rooms are super clean and staff was so friendly. Very comfortable beds. Pool was cold but probably perfect during the summer. Bar environment was very fun with karaoke. Loved every moment we were there. Did not want to leave.

Great place to spend the night. Bar/reception area was a blast! Tonia and Ron (HGV) made sure we felt welcomed. Tonia's customer service is hands down the best! Will definitely book again when in the area.

The Brea Embassy Suites is a great hotel, friendly staff, super location. I always stay here when I visit SoCal.|However, the hotel is in need of a tune-up. The room I stayed in is showing age, entry door in poor shape, bathroom floor is in poor shape, caulking in poor condition, sink faucets work poorly. Hopefully this room was abused & not like others. I was on a Hilton board of management and am aware of Hilton’s high standards of refresh of facilities. The rest of the hotel is in very good shape.

The reception is alliterative, there is the best and the worst. Good complimentary breakfast. The open for free bar at 1730 is quite something. The rooms are spacious. Convenient parking. Our 3rd stay and we will be back.

This was my first stay at a hotel in years and as my first Team Member stay of many. Prior to check-in date, the staff was helpful with all my questions including Devin, Rebecca, Sharai & Nadine. Enjoyed the breakfast and evening reception and will come back in the near future!

Parking is $10 per day. Trip advisor is wrong. Hotel staff are great Breakfast is good. Manager's reception is a bonus. Rooms (suites) are spacious. Average cleanliness for a hotel. Room service is available and the food is good. Overall a very nice stay.

We often stay at Embassy Suites when we travel as a family of 5 (3 older kids) to take advantage of the large rooms. This particular location fits in about lower average compared to other ES. The good: - Great location! It’s far enough from Disneyland to avoid mad crowds of small kids, but close enough to drive or take an Uber. The mall next door has a great food court and there are other restaurants around you can walk to. It’s a great perk! - Reasonably priced underground parking. - Good breakfast with very friendly staff, lots of seating space. - Comfortable beds, efficient and quiet AC, couldn’t hear neighbors. The bad: - Housekeeping. I don’t know what was happening. When we arrived, there were no extra blankets and only one extra pillow. Three towels. (We were booked as a party of 5). The next day we were down to two towels and a hand towel. The day after that we only had one (one!!!) towel left, no hand towels or washcloths and no bath rug. They kept taking our towels, even the ones hanging up, but not replacing anything. We had to call front desk every day. On the third day I went in person and they gave me extra towels but didn’t seem too concerned. The meh: - The rooms were a bit dated - Bathroom was small and you could see the wear and tear, especially in the bathtub. Overall, it was pretty good, despite issues with housekeeping. I would probably stay here again.

Stayed here recently and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the location. Ella and Ron in particular took excellent care of me. They were both awesome!! If you are a runner like myself this location is awesome as the Brea running / walking / biking trail access is only a short walk away. Also within a simple walk is Brea Mall, Target, Jersey Mike’s, Chinese food, and Crumble cookie…so what more could one need! Point is - once you park here everything else is walking distance. Rooms nice, fridge in rooms, amazing breakfast. Basically a great place to stay and so will definitely be back!
