Definitely not what I have come to expect from the Hilton brand of hotels. I made a reservation about a week prior to our stay. I used the Hilton Honors app to make the reservation which allows you to choose your room upon check-in. By 5 pm I still had not received my digital key, so I went to the front desk and asked what time check in was and was told 4 pm. I asked why I had not received my digital key yet and I was told that the room was not ready, which is ridiculous because I reserved a specific room which should have been a priority to make ready rather than the alternate room that WAS ready. Anyway, Got that sorted and made my way to the room. Upon arrival, the room smelled musty which I can get past but it speaks to the cleanliness of the room. But here is the worst part. My wife at around 3 am went into the restroom, she did not lock the door, when she tried to exit the door knob was all jacked up and she was locked in the restroom. Again, SHE WAS LOCKED IN THE BATHROOM!!!! I was awoken to her screaming and banging on the bathroom door that she was trapped. I had to first calm her down, then had to use my pocket knife to "jimmy the door" to free her. She was terrified and quite frankly, I was Pissed.||||In the morning I woke up and used the restroom, the toilet was not secured properly to the floor and was rocking back and forth. Also there was no face soap. Then to top it all off, there was no blow dryer in the room, so I had to call the front desk to get a blow dryer. All in all, a complete Disaster. We will definitely not stay here again. Funny thing is that we had stayed here several years ago and had a much different experience. Must be new Management. A damn shame. Certainly could have stayed at a much cheaper place to have an equal experience.

We just got home from a 3 night stay at this hotel and I feel obligated to write a review so others are aware before booking because I was unpleasantly surprised. As others have mentioned, the rooms are filthy and smell. Our bathroom smelled like sewage and the bar sink smelled like vomit. The carpet is so filthy and felt moist at all times. I would not allow my toddler to go barefoot and my crawling 10 month old was not allowed on the floor. The wood on the bathroom door frame was rotting and there is mildew in the grout. Wallpaper is peeling. I did not feel comfortable using the bathtub for my kids. As others have mentioned there is a nightclub that is very close proximity and shares a parking lot with the hotel. We got back from dinner the first night and sat in traffic trying to get into the parking lot with all the club attendees. We unfortunately had damage to a mirror on our rental car after the first night we suspect might have been due to an intoxicated club guest. The music was loud and obnoxious until 3am ALL 3 nights. Front desk staff and all staff we encountered was pleasant and nice. They sent a text checking in to see how our stay was and offered to refund one of our nights, however this was only taken off one of our rooms (we had 2) and I inquired about the other room without response. We were also told they would make sure our room was fully cleaned which didn't happen. The maid service consisted of making the bed only, we had to ask for towels twice. Please choose another hotel. We stayed for a wedding and had the choice between this hotel and another Embassy Suites location. Unfortunately we chose wrong. We won't be back.

First room assigned had multiple puddles near sink in living room. They were quick to get us a new room. The bath in new room was dirty and shower looked like it was about to fall (but was operational). Always enjoy the full breakfast, though wish they had flavored coffee creamer, like most other locations do. Location is good, as it is relatively close to many main attractions, though it would be nice to have more family dining options nearby (obviously not in their control). Overall, happy with another stay.

The property needs renovation. Our room was stuffy. Faucet leaks even in shower setting. Wood cabinetry in bathroom is worn. Shower curtain needs to be changed out. Hallway carpet quite worn. Lost luster of an Embassy Suites. They should not charge for parking $25/night.

I am beyond frustrated with Embassy Suites Anaheim North and the complete lack of professionalism shown by their management. We run a basketball program, and we brought 14 families to stay here for a tournament, but we will NEVER be staying here again. During our stay, the cleaning crew not only threw away full boxes of uneaten food but also discarded my $450 retainer, which was on the nightstand. This is a clear case of negligence. I immediately contacted the management, and after some back-and-forth, Rudy, the manager, assured me that they had found my retainer. However, when I saw the photo, it was clear that it wasn't mine. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, requesting compensation, and I’ve been met with nothing but silence. This is not just an inconvenience; it’s a costly mistake that has caused me significant stress and will require time and money to fix. To make matters worse, Rudy has completely ignored my messages, showing a complete disregard for their guests. This is unacceptable. We were loyal customers, but this hotel has lost our business for good. If you value your belongings and expect decent customer service, stay far away from this place.

This hotel was a nightmare. The only reason we stayed there was because we were going to an event close by or else I would have checked out immediately after checking in. It was alarming that the front desk agent wanted to check us into my sister in laws room without even knowing we were related. He had no idea I knew who she was. I hope they do not check people in without looking at their ID's first. We then walked to our room and the door was wide open and pitch dark. There was a washcloth wedged in to keep the door open. A little freaky! I picked up the hotel phone in the room to call down but did not work neither did the other one. Called on my cell phone and sent someone up. The gentlemen said it smelt bad that's why the housekeepers kept it open. Which it did it smelt like mildew, sewer and cigarettes. We changed rooms (it still smelt awful in the 2nd room). There was stains all over the walls, chairs, carpet, the screen door for the balcony was off and we couldn't open the balcony door and the phones did not work in that room either!!! There were bugs coming from the sink!!! No toilet paper in room (which we just checked in) no conditioner and the remotes for the TV did not work. We called down and it took them 2 and half hours to come up. We went to the bar and the two bartenders got in a very loud argument. Yelling at each other in front of guests. The next day the systems were down to charge market items (which I understand things happen) but they acted like they had no idea what to do. My mother slipped in the hot tub because the steps were slimy. The pool was foggy not very clean. Then we checked out and my mom left a VERY sentimental picture in the room. We knew it fell behind the table between the beds we just forgot it. I called around 6:30 pm the housekeepers were out for the day and they couldn't do anything about it. Which is wild to me that they have no sort of log for lost and found items. My mom called back the next day and they said the housekeeping phones were not working (which is also crazy they don't have any communication with housekeeping this is all making sense now). The FD agent said he would email them haha what???? anyways he called back and said they could not find the picture. When I KNOW its left in that room! I will NEVER stay there and I recommend no one to ever stay here.

We stayed here for 5 nights due to events for a camp we were attending being held at the hotel. The lobby, pool and arcade were very nice but the room was horrendous. The moment we walked through the door you could smell the moldy, musty room. The air conditioning was awful and the thermostat didn't work. We kept putting it on high fan and it would automatically change back to auto. The stat said 60 but it was more like 75. My white socks were black from walking on the carpet. We tried to get clean towels on Saturday but were told that they didn't get their delivery yet so they didn't have any. Very disappointing hotel for the price we paid. The bartenders are amazing though and the staff was friendly until we checked out and the girl the front desk didn't seem to care when I my complained about the smelly room. I would never stay here again.

Always enjoy Hilton Honors hotels. My stay is alway a great experience with the rooms, staff and facilities. This stay at Embassy Suites - Anaheim North, I got to meet Henry Lozano. Prior to meeting him I had observed him engaging with guests and was impressed with how well he got along with everyone including myself. We had a great conversation about the hotel and life in general. Great job and kudos to Henry and all the staff!! 👍

I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
